I wont even give them any stars, this place used to be a great place to get a hair cut , but it has gone way down hill , used to be you walked in the door an got greeted and told they would be right with you , not the case any more , to wrapped up in flirting these days , also it doesnt matter what time i go in there , it seems they have only 1 stylist any more , and doesnt matter if theres 1 person or 4 infront of you they tell you its a 40 mins wait , i do not see how they keep the lights on in this place with customer service like that , and if u do decide to stand there at the counter waiting to be acknowledged they rudely ask what do you want , well dumb ass im at your place of business that is a hair care and hair care accessories shop kinda obvious why im here , so after all this and being fed up with the customer service i walked out and i will never return , if you need a cut i recommend you go anywhere but this place the service is horrible . id have gave it zero stars or negative stars if it let me .

The employees in this location are rude. I took my three boys in there and was told it would be 30-40 min wait....no problem...we went and had lunch came back and sat another 30 min. While waiting, I witnessed several people walk in and were greeted by this nasty blonde lady who snapped at them " if your name is not on the list its going to be like a two hour wait." That woman no sooner walked out of the building and the nasty blonde and the male employee next to her started to talk badly about the lady and the "attitude" that she had. I was appalled at the complete lack of professionalism displayed by these two. The door clearly states " walk ins welcome" clearly that is not the case. Needless to say I took my 50 dollars worth of haircuts and went somewhere else. I will never be back to watch these employees act as if they are so far above everyone else.

Got in and out in 30 minutes! My stylist, Rachel, was very nice and accommodating to what I wanted. Would definitely return when I need another cut and cant see my regular stylist.

The ladies are very nice and they do a great job cutting my hair. They dyed my hair within the hour of me calling and asking. :)

There is no boricks here theirs one by Kroger nut not here thats hair we are and la-bos area
