Jhalak was very unprofessional. Despite me telling her four times that I didnt want her to cut the length of a certain portion of my hair, she completely disregarded my preference and gave me a very generic males haircut. That isnt what I wanted, and I made it incredibly clear. She also butchered my sideburns without asking if I wanted her to touch them. To top it off, she claimed my hair was thinning over and over while telling me I should buy one of their products. It isnt thinning - I dont even have that gene, period- and Ive seen professionals about it since then, and they told me she was crazy, that my hair is very full and not even close to thinning. She obviously just wanted me to buy her product out of fear. Thats like trying to convince a perfectly fit woman that shes fat while trying to sell her diet pills. I had an absolutely terrible experience. I grew my hair out SIX MONTHS to get it where it was, and she ruined it completely. Sorry, but even if you disagree with a customer, its their HAIR. Theirs, not yours. You dont just disregard their opinion. I will never go back to this place or ANY great clips because of this rude woman. I would advise you spend an extra buck and go somewhere decent unless youre looking for a boring, generic short haircut. At the very least ask for someone other than Jhalak.

Jell is truly the best stylist! She has been cutting my hair for 4 years. I will not get my hair cut by anyone else! She always listens to what I want and delivers everytime! My schedule is always busy, but I work my appointments around here because she is that good! Anyone new customer should consider Jell. Always pleasant and interesting to talk to. There is a reason why she is the busiest stylist at the Northlake location! Thanks Jell - you rock!!! Scott

Ive gone here to get my haircut since I was 8. Rachel is the best, but Ive never been disappointed with my haircut. Wait time is always minimal. They do a great job here. Employees are great people who work hard. Always seem to love what they do. They make decent small talk too. Wouldnt recommend this place, but wouldnt be hesitant to tell others where I get my haircut. If you dont want to wait, sign in online.

The short overweight blond who will forever be known as Delilah was supposed to clean up my husbands neckline and fade the back up into his long curls which he spent a year growing out. Instead she proceeded to cut all of his hair and it is so uneven. He put on his baseball cap before paying for his butcher job. The tattooed girl has given him a good haircut before but avoid Delilah at all costs.

I have been hesitant to step into a Great Clips. Seven years ago up in NY I had a bad experience and horrible cut since that time I have gone to more expensive salons.... Today, I was able to get in right away, and Kristina did a great job cutting my hair and the pricing for a mens cut is exceptional compared to "salons" in the area. Good experience at this Great Clips!

Worst ever Great Clips experience! The staff who cut my hair, a late 20s lady called Shannon, was so rude. She had no interest in pleasing customers or talking politely. She was simply not the right person for the job. She hurried me in less than 10 mins (may be in 6 mins) and showed me off the door. Really bad experience! I will never go there unless I really need to.

Went there once and NEVER want to go back. Dont know her name but the African American lady with braided hair and highlights handled me very violently. I had long hair and when she went through my hair, she literally pull my hair out. Hope the other stylists are not like that.

Jhalak is by far the best stylist and I have consistently received outstanding haircuts with attention to detail and obvious talent. If she is not there when I go, I will wait for another day. Though my cut is in Clip Notes she is the only one who gets it right!!

The whole crew is great. Ive had my hair cut by everyone there, and I have never gotten a bad cut. Rachel is especially good. Shes been cutting my autistic/DD sons hair since he was 12 (hes now 22). He wont let anyone else do it. Shes a saint to put up with him!

Jell is the best!! Shes been cutting my hair for years since I started wearing it in an angled bob that is difficult for many hairdressers to get right. I get compliments everywhere I go, and no one believes me when I tell them its a $15 haircut.
