Brought in a picture of myself with the haircut I wanted, plus another picture for the look on the back of the head I wanted. While chatting with Sarah, I watched as she cut the front too short (wanted long layers in front, shorter in back), but I figured I could manage. I got home and hated it. Totally wrong, none of the layers I asked for & very different from the two pictures. I went back the next day to have it fixed & would only give the finished haircut a 5 on a 10 best quality scale. I had a good attitude about it. Just had to wait as it grew out again to get the style I want. This place is OK for my boys basic haircuts, but never for me again.

Online check-in waited more than 30 mins few people behind me on the list called first no one bother to check on me knowing I was waiting infact I had to ask about my turn then got rough answer. Cxl my spot left NEVER AGAIN to that place. The worst experience EVER!!!!

As an active duty Soldier in Knoxville, it can be hard to find someone who can do a good military fade. I just got a cut from Ashley and she gave me a perfect fade. Highly recommend and Ill be back.

I dont like calling in for appointments. When I get there and someone who called in goes in front of me after being there a few minutes is taking before me. When this happens I get up and leave.

You can always find coupons for them online. If youre a guy who just wants a normal hair cut that isnt gonna be over $15, this is definitely your place
