I went in for a hair cut and bleach the underside of my hair. She used the wrong bleach volume to bleach my hair from a milk chocolate brown to blond. She wanted to let it go three plus rounds of bleaching, which would absolutely destroy the hair. So, instead of it being like a dirty blonde, its honey and doesnt match, or come close to matching, the blonde that was already there. When she would put me under the heat dryer dome, it kept falling and hitting me on the head; I had to sit there holding it up. When she washed my hair, she stepped away to talk to another customer while my hair was still soaked and had shampoo in it. She never got all the bleach out of it either. I get my hair cut once or twice a year. Every time the stylist ask if I want rounded or straight cut; I always want rounded. This time she didnt ask and went ahead and started cutting after I told her how I would like my hair to be cut (choppy layers, side bangs cut right at or slightly below cheek bones, and about 3 inches taken off). After a few snips, I said "I guess I should tell you I want a rounded cut." She had told me she already started doing a straight cut. I realize this is partially my fault but I am used to the stylist always asking. She also left out the choppy layers. After cutting, she blow dried my hair straight (I wanted it to remain wavy but she told me she wanted to add texture cuts to the ends) to a point where it was super frizzy and looked damaged. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a lot better than what I got. This is the first and last time Ill be going here.

Tara was amazing! I made the mistake in trying to do my own blonde and ended up with orange hair. After making an appointment at another salon and then them turning me away when I walked in because they didnt have "enough time", I called Regis and Tara answered! She said come on in. She not only fixed my hair but the customer service experience was amazing. The price was decent as well. She did such an amazing job and saved my hair as well. I will be coming back here!

Ive been to many salons and this is one of the best. Every time I go in Im welcomed happily, the stylists always listen carefully and give me exactly what I want. They will even go out of their way if they have time, to show you a few diffrent techniques to style it. I always walk out feeling happy and confident. Would always recommend Regis.

Worst hair experience of my life they botched my hair cut fried my hair from the dye didnt even try to fix it will never be back at this salon again in my life. one more thing the women are rude and inconsiderate of what you want the only good stylist there is Denise and she is hardly there so will not be going back
