So I am having an off day today and running errands and stop in to get a haircut. I was greeted right away by a very charming sweet professional named Dana. She promptly entered me into the system and asked me to have a seat. She ensured to ask me how I would like my haircut. She went to work and kept me laughing the entire time, anticipated my needs throughout and next thing I knew I was all done. She had done a very good job, and was exactly what I needed today, a good experience and tons of laughs. Thank you Dana for providing awesome service and a great haircut...Made me feel 23 again looking in the mirror!!!!! :)

Dropping this down to one star, because the damage done to my hair is progressively worse. I asked for a long, layered bob. I was told I didnt need layers, that styling would achieve the look I wanted. I should have walked out. I agreed to try it. My mistake. I also agreed, at Tina/Tinochs suggestion, that thinning the back "a little" would help. She attacked my hair with thinning shears like it was an overgrown hedge. 4 days later, hair is still breaking off in handfuls. Do your hair a favor and go somewhere else or leave it long.

My husband went there today and they butchered his hair. He kept telling them exactly what he wanted and had done before (his hair is thick and hard to manage). The stylist wouldnt listen and was pushing a product on him for a cut she wanted to do. I most cases Id let this go if it happened to me but the cut has made his hair even more difficult to manage to look nice (he didnt buy the wax/pommade or whatever on principle) Never going back there again.

Dana and Maria, as always, were fantastic today. Dana always does my haircut and provides a exceptional and a humor filled experience. Marias customer service is also on point! she greeted me when I came in and made me feel at home while I waited on my haircut from Dana. Ive always hated haircuts but Dana changed my mind about that! and for that. This store will always have my business!!!

This is the only place I have ever been where I consistently get a great haircut. I always walk out feeling beautiful. I have thick, coarse, naturally curly hair and no matter who cuts my hair here, they understand how to make curly hair look awesome. And the price is amazing.
