Never been so upset & disappointed in my life. Went for a consultation & expressed exactly what I wanted. Provided pictures that turned out to be a picture of the stylists own hair so she should know exactly what to do. NEGATIVE!!! I left there with the worst color on earth. Absolutely nothing that I asked for & was charged a hefty $300 for a color & cut that I was definitely not satisfied with. I will never go back here. I Never cried so much in my life. I was so embarrassed to even leave the shop & go in public. I made an appointment immediately at a different salon to try to fix the color. After an additional $350 & 2 days of serious processing I ended up with a color I could at least leave the house with & about 5 less inches. Would not recommend!

Ok so Ive only had my color consultation but it was so fantastic I had to post about it. I met with Emma. She was SO thorough and detailed in her assessment of my hair. She asked pertinent questions to help her understand my hair and give the best advice possible. She was so knowledgeable and I instantly felt confident putting my hair in her hands. She understood that I wasnt the salon type and was ok with that and coming up with a style that would fit my non-salon lifestyle lol. I know shes in it to make money but I felt that she cared about me and the maintenance of my curls. Im SO looking forward to my color and cut in a few days! Ill post another review after that but so far so good!

I was new to the area and to the salon. I arrived on time for my "new client special" appointment. Unfortunately, the stylist could not start on time with me because two clients scheduled before me arrived late for their appointment. The stylist applied to much heat to my hair. Now, my hair in the front, bangs, is straight and different areas on the side and back of my head has straight ends. Basically, it looks like I am transitioning again in different spots, some more than others. I have had a total of three silk presses since going natural in 06/2014. I have never experienced this problem before with my other two silk press styles until this one done by Hi Texture.

Ok salon, but definitely Not the best! My stylist was Micah and she did an ok job. I received a wash and silk press, however, flakes were still visible on my scalp(noted once I got home). Also,she wasnt skilled at curling/styling my hair with a flat iron.Not to mention, the salon is $$$. First time client special was $75. With flakes still present on my scalp after a wash and a basic style, thats pretty pricey. Hoping Ill have better luck with the next salon I choose to try. Not really sure why its so hard to find a Great hairstylist.

What an awesome experience! I met with Emma who was professional, thorough and informative. She took her time, paying precise attention to detail. Emma was informative and patient. My shampoo was phenomenal (the shampoo artists name was Bree, I believe)! The end result (essentially a mini-chop) was amazingly sophisticated. I was always afraid to cut my hair, but Emma and Hi Texture alleviated those fears. God bless you for your talents and Ill see you again, soon!

We relocated to Georgia and found this salon. It looks nice on the inside and I really wanted to like it. The services are on par with what you would expect for the price point. However, the people were not very nice. I called to make an appointment and left a voicemail without a return call and called another day and no one answered the phone. There are too many stylist available to operate without a personable and responsive work ethic.

My first time at this salon. Shaunta was my stylist. I couldnt get the exact style I wanted, which were wand curls, but I did get a flexi rod set. That was my first time getting that as well. They turned out cute. I would have preferred more volume and larger more loose curls. I think I can come back when I want to give my hair a heat break. The price was more than Im used to and I go to an upscale salon in Midtown.

This salon is a natural girls dream. My stylist Micah began with an in depth consult where she explained the condition of my hair and what would be needed to experience my goal of health, growth and manageability. She cut and styled my hair to perfection, I love it and I am so glad I found this salon. This is by far the best Salon experience since I began my natural hair Journey 6 yrs ago...

This is one the best natural salons Ive been to! They offer everything and are very accommodating. I get my hair done by Jewels and she does great on my silk presses. The entire staff is professional and they all do great job on hair! I refuse to go anywhere else.

My experiences here have been awesome overall. The salon is beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. However if you want a cute straight style or cut for your natural hair this is not the place to go.
