The man who cut my hair was extremely rude. He didnt understand what I meant by"shoulder length with long layers" I should have walked out then but I was in a pickle and needed a haircut quickly. He didnt brush my hair before cutting. He didnt wet my hair. He didnt say a single word the entire time he was cutting. He didnt measure out the layers. I got over 12 inches of hair cut off and it took my mom longer to get a drink at the fast food place in the same parking lot than it did for him to cut my hair. He didnt offer to put any product in it or anything and he rushed me out before I got a good look at it. I went home and straightened it and its the worse and choppiest haircut I have ever gotten. Im honestly kind of dissapointed in myself for leaving with making sure I liked it. If I had noticed in store I would not have even paid for this horrible haircut.

Terrible! My son went in ahead of me and asked to use the bathroom. As my other son was getting his hair cut, the women stylist began taking about my son that was in the bathroom, complaining how long he was in there and threatening to call the police. They were gossiping about him being in their bargain too long! Then upon leaving the salon the stylist that cut my youngest sons hair have a school kit to my 3 and 5 year old children and when my 9 year old asked for one they told him no. His feelings were very hurt. The ladies were rude and we will never be back there!

It will do in a pinch for my sons easy haircut. I am very particular about my hair cut and I just cant let them cut mine. Sometimes staff seems overworked and not friendly
