I had a terrible experience a few years ago with myself so to say I was INSANELY anxious and nervous and terrified to take my daughter there for the first time is an understatement. However, I cant even begin to express how pleasantly surprised I was with the experience we had. It was my daughters first hair cut (shell be 5 in April) and she has curly hair. It was down to her bottom. "LORIE HOBBS" is the sweet lady that cut her hair and was very patient with her and answered all her silly questions. She even incorporated two hair cuts in one which I know they dont like doing. I had a smile on my face the ENTIRE time and I nearly cried at the end! My daughter loves her hair cut and I will forever be using her! Amazing! Thank you so so so much!!!!

It was horrible!!!! The lady fudged up my hair so bad I cried for about an hour. It looks like a Jigsaw puzzle on my head. I wish I knew the name of the lady that cut it but I did not care at the moment cause I thought she was gonna do a good job but noooooooo. I recommend investing your money a little bit more, actually get a good haircut or do it yourself because I know for darn sure you can!!!!!!!!!!! I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted and I explained in detail, but to the max, she messed up. She gave me long weird bangs, that I didnt ask for, thats the main problem!!! I asked for layers!!! Duh, thats all I have to say, it was kinda bad. Not going back.... I should feel confident after a new haircut but instead I just dont

We walked in and the lady was rude to start. We were polite giving our info to be added and she just had a bad attitude all along. I went back to tell her what I wanted and she said I see what you have already. I said let me show you the picture and with huffing she said ok. Showed the picture and she said rude/snippy I can only cut your hair to here not where I asked for it. I said I guess we can go somewhere else. She proceeded to be rude and said fine go somewhere else but theyre not going to cut your hair the way you want. Do NOT go here none of the other salon people even spoke up!

The haircuts are fine but, count on being skipped over for the stylists friends. My son and I came in to get a haircut, he was taken right away. While I was waiting for my turn, two ladies came in and started talking to the stylists. They had not checked in online but were taking ahead of me. I mentioned something to the staff about it, they apologized but said that it was too late for them to do anything about it. I dont think I will return.

I had never been to this particular great clips, I was in town visiting family. I really needed a haircut and I always use great clips since they know how to do a decent high and tight. I walked in and had just sat down after giving them my number when one of the ladies asked if I was ready. There were others waiting as well but man they were fast. The high and tight I received was better than the one I get from my usual great clips.

Great customer service at the Dawsonville location! Francie was my stylist, and she did an amazing job! I dont think Ive ever been so happy with my hair!! I simply love it! I went in wanting something new, and she helped me pick something flattering and in style! Everyone was very friendly, and it was very affordable too!
