I brought my senior stepfather to get a haircut over here. The Spanish woman that was cutting my stepfathers hair was so impatient it felt like I was dealing with a five-year-old. I was simply trying to get information from my stepfather about the style that he wanted, but she didnt want to wait. Then, as we got to the register and were making a payment she mentioned that they have a Persian woman that works there, we can have cut my his hair… Not Persian. That sounded like she was discriminating. Then she got angry because my stepfather , who is on a tight budget, did not leave her a tip. "You know, in America, its a law you have to leave a tip" is what she was telling us. No, there is no "LAW" requiring a tip. But here is a tip, change your attitude if you want to EARN extra for your time. That was the worst Service I have ever gotten from anyone at this great clips .
