The outcome of the procedure is turning out to be OK, but these are used car salesman with a smile. They play on your insecurity when it comes to finances throughout the sales pitch. There are no price lists. Everything with money is vague and changes by the day ... Haggle hard with them. They ended up transplanting 25% fewer hairs than I paid for because they started the procedure nearly 2.5 hours after they said they would, the tools they were using werent the right ones at first and the anesthesiologist held up the procedure by a minimum of 20 mins each time a new injection was needed (waiting, waiting, waiting) throughout the whole day. After the procedure, the refund for the 25% portion that was not performed (b/c they ran out of time) was half of what it should have been. I was given every possible reason from promo pricing (it wasnt) to it was my manager, it was the computer, it was the dog. Very dishonest and clearly not looking for future business. When the doctor asked why I wouldnt consider another procedure, I explained how they still owe me the rest of my refund for something they did not finish - he got up and left! If or when I want another procedure to finish what they didnt, it obviously wont be from Bosley. All the follow-up really is, is another sales pitch to sell you additional procedures, not much else.

Lets start by saying Im 22 years old and didnt know Bosley was something a young guy like me could do! Very affordable with their payment plans. We drove from Cullman, AL to the Bosely Center in Atlanta, GA. They recommend The Springfield Suite, and even gave a discount code! Very useful! Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. They had a shuttle that got us to the Bosley Center on time. The people at Bosley were extremely nice! They gave my mom a room so she could wait on me while I was back having the procedure done. While back in the operating room, all my nurses were extremely nice, friendly and funny! They helped me to relax during my procedure. They let me pick out a movie and let me watch TV while having it done. Lunch was catered in(very good). After everything was all said and done they walked through the process of At Home Care very well, and if I had any problems or just wanted to call and ask a question about anything to call them and they would answer them. I highly recommend if you are thinking about hair transplant surgery BOSLEY IS THE WAY TO GO! THANKS ATLANTA BOSLEY CENTER!

I recently met with a consultant at Bosley in Atlanta to discuss some type of hair replacement procedure. I was walked back to one of their offices and asked "what can we do for you?". I told him that I was looking to do something about my hair loss. He looked at me with a strange look on his face, as if I was bothering him or something. He didnt explain to me what options I may have, he didnt look at my hair, and he made me feel completely stupid for even walking in the door. He acted as if he had somewhere to be and I was taking up his time. I decided to go with another company where I felt very comfortable and important from the second I walked in the door. And the procedure I chose was MUCH more affordable than what Bosley was offering.

I went into the Bosley office for a consultation around 2007.... I work in the music industry so I was probably a little more sceptical than most. I met with Matt and felt completely comfortable about moving forward. My doctor was Dr. Lorenz, and he along with Matt covered every aspect of what I could expect from beginning to end. I moved forward and had a second procedure a few years later to add a bit more fullness. I couldnt believe how I felt having more hair! I had completely forgotten how a head of hair adds to how you feel about yourself! I feel years younger and it really boosts your confidence. If your hair bothers you, go into bosley and change your look! Youll thank yourself after.

Long story short, a Bosley infomercial reeled a very apprehensive but desperate "me" in, an awesome and compassionate consultant by the name of Drake Vandekerhove intercepted me and successfully saw me through saying yes to the procedure, actually having it, easy post op and the amazing restoration of a very significant amount of the hair I thought I had lost forever. Its the second best decision Ive made in my lifetime, thus I say yes, yes, YES a thousand times if its being considered. The staff are caring and professional, the facilities are top notch and the results ... well:

I just had my very first Procedure done last week, 6-9-2017. Dr. Adair recommended I do a FUE procedure since I wear my hair short. I have had several surgeries in my 32 years and this by far was the easiest and best experience I have had with a medical procedure. Dr. Adair and his Team are A+. Drake the counseler at this office will make sure you get in and out in a timely manner, and make sure all your questions are answered before you start. From the time I walked in for my first consult with Drake, until the procedure was over, the staff at Bosley Medical in Atlanta was extremely welcoming and conducted themselves with extreme professionalism. Dr. Adair was also a phenomenal surgeon with great bedside manor. He personally followed up with me days following my procedure offering to help me in any way he could, or answer any questions. All in all my experience with this team was great and I look forward to seeing the results.

Went in to Bosley to see what I could do about my hair. I met with Matt and Dr.Lorenz.... both were fantastic! Turns out I didnt have enough loss for a hair transplant but they took their time and explained other options that were available for me to keep my hair from getting worse! I purchased a take home laser unit and will be scheduling PRP sessions very soon... excited to start! If you think you might be thinning go see a Bosley representative to get you on a path that works!

Got my hair transplant in 2012. Followed up with all the medication, and treatment for the hair. Went back 18 months later because I saw a noticeable hair loss, more than when I started seeing Bosley. They said, "its natural but we can do another transplant" They will tell you what you want to hear just to get your o purchase the transplant. Went back to them to find out if second procedure would be at a discount since I got the first one, but NOPE!

Excellent service! The nurse and the staff was great. The procedure was painless and everyone is very knowledgeable . They answer every single question and concern the I had. They even call me to check up on me. Talk to Drake Vandekerkhove and he walked me through the hole thing before I even got the procedure witch made me feel so much better as he explained what I was getting into. Saw Drake at the Atlanta office for eye brow restoration. I have skimpy eyebrows and was thrilled to learn that I can have great thick eye eyebrows back!! how amazing is that!! Drake was great and gave me all the information I needed to move forward with the procedure!! I cant wait to get them done!! Thank you Bosley and Drake!!
