I tried to give this company the benefit of doubt because I never heard of them nor knew anyone that have shopped with them, but now I see that I should have went with my first instinct. Supposedly the online ordering site is days behind and doesnt mirror the stores actual inventory, you will receive an email stating that you will receive your package on a false date that was never processed. After calling and speaking to someone, my order status was updated and I was assured that my package would be mailed the next day with 1 day shipping service...that was a lie! I received a tracking number but the company was too sorry to even take the package to the post office to be shipped. After calling again and speaking with someone, the rep stated that there was an error with the USPS system (yeah right) and I should receive my package by the next day at the latest...even though I was initially supposed to receive it days before. The bad thing about this whole situation is that we are located in the same state and it should not take this long to receive a package! From the shipping experience alone, I would never order from this company again nor refer anyone to buy from them. I truly hope that when I finally receive the bundles, that they are worth every penny of the headache!

when I first shop with them I bought Brazilian body wave it was good hair it lasted me for a year maybe 2 but then I bought some Peruvian curly hair from them that hair didnt last long less than a year that hair tangle up on me it thinned out I spoke with the manager informed her of my situation she said she would give me some more hair free of charge because I was a loyal customer which I was so I said okay oh no but two week went I called the store to see what was going one the employees says I probably got a bad batch of hair so I wrote the owner of the store located on metropolitan Atlanta she say they havent got the hair in yet give her till Friday so I said okay I inboxed her Friday she says they still havent got it in yet so 2 weeks went then a month then 3 months so to myself I know they got new hair in by now due to they shipment so I inbox the owner again let her know its very unprofessional to tell me you are going to get hair in then when the day comes she come tell me we still havent got it in yet so informed her I wont be shopping with them again because thats very unprofessional

Shipping was a nightmare!!!! This shipping process was crazy I was told its was gonna ship Friday then Monday wasnt shipped till Tuesday then I just got it today but I must say hair is good its nice full has a little smell packaging was nice hair is soft it was worth the headache staff was helpful even though one girl had an attitude but other girls were nice I now know to do 2 day shipping also I was told it will go to my billing address I did put in my shipping address spoke via phone and email to confirm it will go to my billing address and that was not the case it went to my shipping which delayed my delivery every more hair is good cant wait to see how it takes to color and heat once installed will give update So after a month installment hair is horrible is very matted holds on to oil didnt even get bright enough after bleaching to dye after weeks of wearing im taking it out and putting it in the trash in hope that my new bundle from another company works out way better this hair is no good not for the prices I paid feels like Ali express hair just more money

Purchased this hair Febuary 22 and didnt start installing it into a u part until 24. Once I got to the 2nd bundle I noticed it had a smell that wasnt over powering but once I got the last bundle as soon as I opened the bag you smelled the stench on that bundle. I then shampooed and conditioned the hair and the smell was still there, i repeated the washing process 2 more times and the smell did not go away. I then called Cydne and she told me to boil the hair. What?! I boiled my hair and then the smelled disappeared so I re conditioned it and air dried it and it felt great. I installed it on the 27th and I noticed that I couldnt run my fingers through my hair that easy. Now today March 1st I get home from work and my hair is matted in the back and I detangle it and this big hair ball comes out. This is by the worst hair I have every purchased and Im beyond upset that I got charged $270 for 3 bundles thats had a bad smell and gets knotted quick. And also while purchasing the hair she quoted that the hair was $75 per bundle $75 x 3 = $225. So taxes in Georgia is $45

Shipping was longer than what was expected. I called to inquire on my order and was placed on hold and she never came back on the line. I then called back and it was a "magic jack" phone line saying the magic back customer you have called is not available. Seemed pretty suspicious. I called their local store and was told my order will ship the next day and it did not ship until a few days later. When I received my order, the HD frontal I ordered was not "HD." The hair seemed very beautiful and soft. I made a wig with the hair and when I wore the hair, it would tangle in the neck area. Then I noticed a lot of shedding. Then the frontal started to have bald spots in it. The hair comes out a lot on the frontal. I contacted them via Instagram and was told to contact their customer service. I have been emailing customer service for 2 weeks and no response. Next route is to dispute this company with my bank and better business bureau. Buyer beware!

I want to share my experience, because I thought it was going to be bad. Im a 613 (platinum blonde girl) and I love my weaves. I bought this hair online. Shipped fast. Very nice. So my stylist says " the hair wont lift", "its fibers in it", "its synthetic". Anyway, complete botched dye job and no 613. I called the number but did not get anyone. I emailed. I got a response in 24 hrs. and an appointment for someone to call me back. A manager called me back and expressed how sorry she was I was going through this and really let me know that they stand behind their hair and quality. I received a paid return shipping label to return the hair. Within 3 days, I had new hair that I loved. To be fair, I dont know if the colorist knew how to brighten my hair that light or if the hair was actually bad and because of that this company will continue to get my business. They made it hassle free and cared not just about getting mky money one time.

It took forever for me to get information on shipping for my hair, then when I did I was told a storm from the north delayed the shipping process so it was coming later than usual. (Which was weird to me because when I did get shipping info it came from ATL right to NC). Also, the person I emailed about it was slightly rude and I could definitely tell was being smart with me in the email! To top it off, the wig I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture! Its thin and looks like only one bundle of hair was used on it! This is the worst experience Ive had buying wigs but I do know one thing I will NEVER buy another wig from them!
