The first time I went to get my hair cut here Im certain I told the lady that I just wanted a trim and if she cut it just above my elbow a little. But I ended with hair above my shoulder that looked like the emo guys would have. I hated how it looked. Then 3 years later (today 5-16-2015) I tried going again thinking, its been 3-4 years already maybe theyve got new better people. However! I asked the nicely can she cut my hair into a v shape and then a side bang that above my eyebrow, she said yes ok. The side bang was only with 20 strands of hair or something then began trimming the first 30 strands or something of my hair on both sides on the front, I was thinking, its OK she IS a professional, she must know what shes doing if they choose to hire her? But my hair wasnt in a v shape?!! There was no bang but only about 15-20 strands of hair was ( whats the point if its only 20 strands of hair????) Its not even a bang, then when I asked her to fix the back of my hair into a v shape she said my hair will end up shorter, **(my hair was up to my shoulders already!!!! ) she told me damaged hair would be cut just under my strap but how in the world did it end up up to my shoulders?? Thats a huge difference. And the cutting on the bottom of my hair was horrible! I just told her to stop in the end before she messed it up being repair. Im a nice person! If it wasnt that bad I wouldnt sit here and type my long review guys and girls! I dont understand how are they even still open.

I have gotten ok cuts there and seen 2 different "stylists"; I use quotes with the word stylist because apparently they cant do style worth a darn. I brought in pictures of a style I wanted on two occasions (gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time) and asked if they could do something similar with my hair. I was told they could and both times I came out of there looking nothing like the picture. Then the girl snapped at me and made excuses about it being my hair and not her lack of talent in the style department. I considered writing a letter, but figured it would do no good since I wont go back there anyway. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.

I have been there a couple times this year most recently two weeks ago. My hair is cut short and stacked in the back and I spike the bottom part when it is cut right, the last two times my hair has been screwed up. Once it was longer on one side and the layers were not even, this last time it was not stacked correctly and I have long hair hanging over the short part n the back and it isnt stacked. Very embarrassing, going back to get corrected if possible, will Not go back.

We just walked out of great clips with a hour and a half wait, they only managed to do 2 haircuts within that time, only 2 workers, I always come here, but it has not ever been this bad. Debating on if I want to come back

I was online check in and was ignored upon arrival and made to wait. After 10 minutes being ignored I left, I guess cleaning the back room was more important than customers.
