I asked to have the dead ends cut out so she pulls my hair back makes one cut and said Im done !!! I said I want all the dead ends cut out. She snorts and proceeds to give me a Bob cut .... I have not cut my hair since my mom died and this lady gives me a Bob... never in my life will o go back to this getto store . The so called professional people are a joke . I want my money back because I cant get my hair back . Please dont send your friends and family to this place its a joke ... never again..super unhappy. Lost my length. Im sorry you have to be busy because school is starting tomorrow. I shouldnt have played cor it .. fired is the only resolve for me .she shouldnt be allowed to cut hair. Never again should she be allowed to cut hair.

I have been to a few different Great Clips, for my 2 sons and myself, and have never had a bad experience. Today, the lady that cut my sons hair totally messed it up. This is how bad it is: I took him over to Burger King right after and the first thing the employee said to us was "Aww, he got ahold of the scissors, huh?" She was shocked and told me she wouldnt have paid. Believe me, if they didnt have my address, I would not have paid. Worst hair experience ever!

I only come here when my barber is closed and I have never gotten a hair cut that was even ok. I always have to wear a hat afterwards. I get a simple fade, not sure why that s so hard to get right.
