Rude. I was a potential new customer, I explained to the receptionist that I made a mistake and picked the wrong day for the appointment...so I called the salon when they opened this moning, then called back again this afternoon, when I realized i would be charged a fee. I explained again, instead of me coming in on the 1st it was meant for the 7th...she was still rude...I am not going to pay an additional $30.00...plus Im a new customer...I found another natural hair salon.

As usual, my experience at Elliptical Naturals Hair Salon was superb today. I tried a new style and my stylist, Dana, really out did herself. I would recommend anyone with natural hair to make this salon your go to place for improvement on the health and styles of your hair. Ive been natural for over three years and I havent found a salon better that values the customers time as much as this place.
