I have worst experience ever with the great clip. Its been two year I was going to crabapple kroger, Milton GA great clips but from now onwards i will never go to crabapple great clips neither i will recommend anyone. I told the hair dresser not to cut my hair short but she said that she is giving layers to it and she cut it very short. when I said why you are cutting short she showed some strand of my hair which she left it as long. lastly, she told me that you have to speak what you are thinking in mind. I showed her catalogue picture for the style. The dresser name is dianna. I dont think she is even qualified to cut anyones hairs. She seemed totally uneducated and ill-mannered. I dont know why they hire people who dont respect their customer opinion and they dont have time to listen to them. Tthey dont understand the sense of social responsibility they have. They are counting the minutes they are spending on a customer and when a next customer shows up, they just try to wind up your hairs and try to grab the next customer. People spend weeks, months and sometimes years to grow their hairs and try to look good with some style but with one cut of scissors these ass***** they just screw it all up. It gives an emotional setback but who cares in "great clips", they are concentrating in the next customer who just showed up. No one in the world can give a new style to your hairs in record 4 minutes, but great clips people can by screwing your hairs. Dear friends - if you dont want an embarrassment in front of your friends then dont ever go to great clips.

Normally great service. This time... NOT the case. The lady who cut my hair, Rachel, was EXTREMELY rude. It was obvious she was having a bad day but that is no excuse to be rude to a paying customer. During the hair cut she huffed and puffed the whole time and didnt even dry my hair at the end. Quite frankly she is lucky she got a tip. I recently revisited this greatclips so I thought I would update my rating. The haircut I got was Fantastic and more importantly the service I received was outstanding. Thanks for the improvement.

I took my son there yesterday. I showed the lady a picture of the hair style that I wanted. She triple checked the picture and the end results were nothing like the picture. His hair style was totally out of whack. Forget about the picture, nothing is aligned. One side was longer comparing to the other side. The back side was a roller coaster. I took him to another stylist and she trimmed all of his hair, military style. There was no other choice. I give her zero stars. Never going there again!

Kim gave my daughter a great shampoo, cut and style, and my son also got a good shampoo and cut from the other lady. However, Kim had great difficulty with applying a coupon I came in with and eventually after 20 minutes of her adding and deleting and adding again, I insisted on just paying full price so I could get out of there without wasting any more time. They arent excellent, but definitely a good quick place to get a decent haircut.

Visited today, 8/17, and after sitting over 30 minuets instead of taking care of customers, one of the stylists took over 20 minuets to clean her station without letting anyone know she was off duty. I left with no haircut. My one major complaint...you never see the same stylist....always a new face, and even with my almost bald head, have had some bad experiences. Time to find a new establishment

You know that they say Relax, youre at Great Clips? I kinda feel its hard to relax cause they are putting down FREAKING pressure and cutting my hair with their razors. Although they do good hair cuts, they should probably ask the customer once in a while to know if they are comfortable!

Worst Haircut ever in my life. I dont remember the ladys name. She just took 10 mins to cut my hair. I dont think she was a professional. She was cutting my hair like a cutting grass. Cut cut cut...thats it. You are done....

I have been taking my kids to this place for about 9 years, and they do a great job. They really listen to what you want, and it helps if you show them a pic of what you want. Super nice folks.

I took my kids for a hair cut today and experience was really bad. The Chinese lady cut the hair so bad and uneven ..i told them that we are not coming back again.

There is nothing wrong with Great Clips my whole family goes there. If you dont get the cut you want its because you didnt properly communicate what you wanted.
