Would give no stars if I could,I just left this location without a haircut.. My wife and I both went in to have our hair cut. I was going to get a perm as well if they offered it. So I had planned on spending a decent amount of money. I was told to leave because I had my service dog with me who is a Chihuahua that is maybe 3 pounds. No more than that.. Who is completely pad trained and dont leave my lap, dont bark, shes pretty much better behaved than my almost 9 year old daughter. I had explained that my service papers was in my car and we had driven my friends. And seeing as I already have PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), horrible separation anxiety,paranoid schizophrenia,Bipolar Disorder and Manic Depression it seemed as every woman in there was against my disability and acted like they were better than me. You cut peoples hair in your facilitys its not like your serving 5 star meals. You know how many people come in there everyday that most likely have Hep C or Head Lice, Staff, Merca etc. And your worried about an animal thats no bigger than a 7 week old kitten!!! I even explained she does not leave my lap/chest (Her heartbeat keeps me calm)THATS WHY SHES A SERVICE DOG!!!! They still said I had to leave. So I took my business to Super Cuts on Marie Drive who was more than willing to let me have MY SERVICE DOG sit in my lap so I could get my hair done without having a severe panic attack... Shame on this location for not understanding or accommodating your costumers with service animals!!! Lost my business for good!!!!!!! I also placed an complaint with the owner.

Terrible place, after taking the whole middle of my 8yr olds hair like a reverse mohawk they stopped and said they saw lice and couldnt continue, told me I had to pay for it, we went straight to the super cuts who saw nothing and finished the butcher job. Train your people on lice and proper people skills.

Went in expecting the usual. I did not think long on the top and short on the sides was hard to understand. As the woman endlessly talked to her coworker she began to completely buzz of my hair, without even changing the clip. I was furious and walked out looking like an x-convict. Will NOT be going back.

I have to say this is the only Great Clips that Ive ever had trouble with. The lady that cut my hair asked if it was a good length and I said yes. She then continued to cut my hair even shorter which then made it look terrible. Great Clips is good, but not this one. I left very disappointed.

I had my credit card ran thru signed for it and it went thru . I was given a receipt and left they came out of store and stopped me. There Internet went down so I was kept while they tried to figure out how to get it working. After all that manager made things right. Thank you

Sandra cut my hair. She was awesome in every way. Sociable. Fast. Excellent cut. As long as she works there, Ill be a regular. Couldnt believe the atmosphere she created and the wonderful vibe of the whole experience! Also, the quality of the cut is amazing!

Worst hair cut of my life. Let me just say this, uneven side burns, how hard is it to mess up side burns? Never going back, and not just because of the side burns. The woman cutting my hair had Heroin Track Marks all over her arm, no wonder my haircut was aweful.
