Extremely rude and by far the worst costumer service I have received. Ive been in Cs and I understand you will not always be in the greatest mood but between the two stylists we saw while there, you would have thought they were just informed the location was closing and they were out of a job with how careless and horrible they were. I had to walk away from my childrens haircuts just so I could not say something I would regret and use this as a learning experience on how NOT to act at a job or when you have someone acts extremely disrespectful. Stylists need to watch what they say most importantly. A lady sitting by us also made a comment about how this happened the last time she was here and thought shed give them another chance but this will be the last. Highly recommend going else where. I certainly will.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have had at any business. Extremely rude as soon as you walk in. No "hello" or "thank yous". Quietly awkward the entire time, extremely uncomfortable. Laurie was my stylist and she said 5 words the entire time "what do you want done". My hair looks so bad I am contemplating getting a buzz cut, it is almost unfixable. There is nothing they can do to make up for this unsatisfaction. I wouldnt even go back for a free hair cut, actually they couldnt even pay me to go back. I think I waited longer before I was up than for my 7 minute hair cut. Will not go back. I would not be comfortable getting a simple buzz cut there. Complete waste of $14.

Great clips is a great store but I will NEVER go to this location again. My wife and I were getting her hair cut here. Kristy was the woman who cut her hair and she did a HORIBLE job. Kristy first got rude with my wife when she was asked to thin her hair. She got disgusted with my wife because she thought she was done. After the hair cut a LARGE chunk of my wofes bangs where cut. It looked really bad! When we asked for a refund a woman named Laurie. My wife was really upset at this point and Laurie made it worst. They didnt apologize or offer to fix it. I will be calling cooperate over these two and never returning to this location.

I have been going there for quite a long time. I have no reason to be unhappy. I am only writing this in response the the post by Jack Daniels before me. Jack, go to a salon that charges 35 for a cut! They will make you feel real important. THese ladies bust their butts so they can drive a 1998 Kia! Really?
