I really love the selection in this store! They always have a sale going on. However, they think that everyone steals! I have been followed in this store almost every time I go in! I stop going here for a while because I feel like a thief when I go in. Im so not a thief and dont like to be treated like one when Im spending my money!! The staff dress in regular clothes and follow you around like their shopping. But if you dont mind being stereo typed and followed around like youre a thief...this store has a great selection of all products. From A to Z!!! I hated having to stop shopping here. I only go here as a last resort! I refuse to spend my husbands hard earned money in an establishment that thinks I need to steal their product. I understand that some people do steal and they are in a known area where theft may be an issue, but do like all the other stores an invest in a security system! Im not the only person who feels like this...my little sister who does hair (braids mostly) has sent clients to get hair from here and had the same experience. So just be forewarned! All in all...Great selection...good prices...wig lady is great...but they will treat you like a thief.

Ive manager a high end hair store three years and this store deserves to be SHUT DOWN. The staff is ghetto has no knowledge of products and or hair. They are very short and rude to customers. I almost lost my religion when one of their ratchet cashiers didnt back my hair. After she rang me up she proceeded to text on her phone and when I asked her to back my hair she looked up from her phone like she wanted to slap me. So I politely told her to try me and she needed to switch professions if a customer service job was making her feel some type of way. The store was in shambles. Very unorganized. Chemicals spilled on the shelves and carpet, hair on the floor. A mess. And completely opposite from the sister locations. What. A. Mess. Go to the other locations it will be well worth the drive.

Large selection of hair products and supplies/ tools (when I say large I mean MANY ROWS). Not as great of a selection of colors for marley and regular synthetic braiding hair. Large variety of wigs (although I am not a wig person) and weft hair. Associates were willing and wanting to assist. Not into buying clothes from hair stores--but they have a section there. There is a nice costume jewelry section on one side of the store that you should check out!

Beware!! This place gets no stars ...they treat their loyal customers like crap...and their products are fake..their employees have no knowledge about what they are selling and will say anything to make a sale..do not shop here spend your money elsewhere !!! Never shopping here again..how can you give store credit when you dont have what i need in the store???? Thats just Greedy!!!! So nowill see you in court!!!! To get a measly 43 dollars back!!!!!

Large selection of wigs and weaving hair. Also rows and rows of product, supplies & accessories. Smaller section for braiding hair. Mostly Freetress synthetic but lots of different styles. Different colors of Kanekalon braiding hair and some Afro Kinky Bulk. Prices seemed reasonable and competitive in some cases. Some clothing items that I did not inspect closely so cannot comment on the quality. Close to home so I would shop there again.

Hi we just opened our new location we see all the stuff you guys say , let go of a lot of employees with our new start. But keep in mind we are human disrespect and rachetness will not be tolerated.. please have some decency and treat our employees with respect.. Dont be surprised if they clap back

Staff look like thots came off the corner specially the manager that look Rick James sister with a ugly bull nose piercing. They are trashy not like the other location at all. It a crying out shame.Dont go.So not worth your time.

The associates were very helpful, patient and friendly. Everyone there were cool and fun to work with. Definitely will be making a trip back there.
