I went to Chelli at Image Salon after going to some VERY expensive and well-known salons in Atlanta and Alpharetta. At these salons, I was never really happy with the cut and color as the stylists never seemed to listen to what I had to say. They did what they thought would look good and I paid ALOT of money for the cut and color. When I went to see Chelli the first time and told her what I wanted as far a color and cut it was like she was reading my mind! She did things for my color that made it look like my natural hair color as a child! It is just a beautiful caramel color that looks so natural. Then she gave me a great, cute cut that flattered my face and was stylish but not too trendy. And the amazing thing is that Chelli did all this at a VERY reasonable price! She really is the BEST stylist I have ever gone too. The staff at image salon is so friendly and professional and just makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is fun but relaxing and peaceful. I just cant say enough good things about Image Salon or Chelli and would totally recommend her to any of my friends!

I LOVED Lori, who did my facial! She was such a doll and giving me little tips to try! Absolutely great job! On the other hand, the receptionist had this sore look on her face the whole time and when I went to leave, she informed me that my tip was not included in my gift card. Im an adult, I handle my tip my way (which I left with the woman and NOT the receptionist) and I dont need someone to tell me when to tip . It kind of turned me off from the whole salon

I have lived in the area for about 3 years now and this is the 3rd salon I have tried. I had Riley and she was great. Super friendly and I really like the cut. It was very noticeable the difference in her technique compared to others I have went to. I am very happy with the results and have had many compliments. I will definetely be back.

I have made 4 appointments with Vicki over several months and every appointment time was screwed up. At best I was expected to wait half an hour or more after my appointment time. If you have nothing else to do in your life but wait for someone else, this is a good salon. Else I would recommend you go some other place.

Awesome place!! I came here on my birthday because I had a gift card. I got an hour massage with Lori. It was AMAZING!! It was my first time ever getting a massage so I didnt really know what to expect. She made me feel super comfortable. Definitely going back!

I love this place! I can get my hair styled and get an amazing massage in the same place. Vickie is fantastic and is my go to hairstylist and Lori gives an incredible massage.

Called salon to confirm they take walk-ins. My granddaughter needs a cut. The person who answered said yes but we dont have any body today. So no you dont take walk-ins.
