Weve had several horrible experiences here, actually witnessed a mom & her child being treated AWFUL by one of the stylists -- who was accusing her of just wanting a free haircut, when all she was trying to say is it wasnt what she told her to do -- then this stylist went so far as to scream at her in front of everyone & told her repeatedly to get out of the salon. It was so bad another stylist got on the phone with the owner to tell him what was happening. I sincerely hope she was fired!!! I know this is a cheap salon & you get what you pay for, but my kids never want to go here because of the attitudes theyve witnessed from adults who act like children. We drive further now & pay a little more and have a much nicer experience. I will never waste my $$ here again, I really wish something different could open up here!

I asked for a fade, and they made me bald basically. Ive been going there since I was 5 years old. They have been very crappy the last few years. I only get a haircut every 6-8 months. I told myself that if they mess up this time, Ill never go again. Not only did the mess up, this is the worst they have ever done. On top of that, I have a keiloid on the back of my ear- a piece of extra skin. I told the guy to be careful around that area. He cut me there, and I started bleeding a lot. He had to take a towel to clean it up. All my friends told me not to go to great clips. I will follow their advice next time. Now, I have to wait another 6-8 months to get my hair to grow back...

Awful. The two stylists that were there were completely horrible. Do not come here!! I walked in there with my son, and they immediately gave me the worst unwelcomed look, they didnt want to cut his hair. One of them immediately bailed- she literally left. The other one locked herself in the office!! My son was walking behind her and she slammed the door in his face!! That is not the way to treat paying customers!! I really hope they get fired. I have never seen such horrible attitude...

These folks dont even understand their check in system..One of the stylist actually changed a different "Matt" to jump ahead of everyone abd when the correct Matt showed up he jumped in front of everyone. Guess you just need to tell them you are a different person and you jump in front of people who have been waiting. Been going here for three years, will never return because of this experience one other. Seeing they have a poor review doesnt surprise me.

Ive had mixed emotions about this location. But after I found Dorine she took care of me, and continues to do so. She listens, and knows her stuff. Not afraid to give an opinion for my benefit. As long as shes there I will keep going.
