I had been going to this location for little over a year and everytime my hairdresser was Stephanie. She made you feel like you were friends for years and I liked that about her. And she has AMAZING talent with scissors. Such attention to detail and took the time to get everything right. She gave you tips when styling, maintaining, etc. She recently quit and went to another salon, so I was left with another woman. This is where the 3 stars come in. The woman who cut my hair, who shall remain nameless, was very rough when prepping my hair. She messed up the back of my hair and didnt show me the back of my hair when we finished. I felt something flopping around in the back of my hair through out the day. I didnt notice visably she messed up until I got home. Not only that she didnt offer any product after finishing my cut. Not only that, when I asked where Stephanie went, all they said was she went to a childrens salon across town. When I asked which one, they wouldnt tell me. I guess thats what happens when you go for a 7.99 haircut sale.

Terrible / horrible experience. This location gone worst. Awful rude new folks. I have been going here for last two years. Not sure where to start. awful service. Today it was the worst experience, hair stylist Annessa does not know how to cut hair, seems this is her first time she cut hair. Though I checked in first online, the person behind me was second and he got in before me?? She rushed after and hurt more after she saw more people coming in??? She hurt multiple times does not know how to handle trimmer?? She did not know how to change numbers and could not find the details in the system?? I showed her GreatClips card notes snap on my phone and she could not read the notes and she said they are not correct? She then took photo from my phone and she said she will share with corporate?? I think she need to learn how to cut hair and take some classes may be find some other profession as she is not fit as stylist. This location is not worth it anymore.

Horrible experience. They tried to close the shop earlier than the scheduled time and they messed up the haircut and not at all apologetic but arrogant. Very rough hands. Never ever go to this location. Worst service.

Donna and Van have been cutting my hair for 10+ years. I love the cut and the service. I drive 15 miles once a month to get a haircut. My boys go there too
