I will never set foot in this store ever again. When I went to donate my hair, I was informed I could cause my hair had been colored. It had been so long since my hair had been colored that it was on the end where it would be cut off any way. Then when I told the hair stylist how I wanted my hair cut, she spoke to me as if I were a small child that had never gotten a haircut in my life. The haircut she gave me is choppy and uneven, I am extremely upset with it. My daughter got her hair trimmed the same time I got my hair cut. I was charged full adult price for a trim for a 10 year old girl. When the sign upon walking in to the store clearly showed a different price for trims, adult haircuts, and kids haircuts 10 and under. When I connected the store about the error in my charges and my dissatisfaction with my haircut, I was treated very rudely and called a liar. I will from now on go to a hair salon that cares about their customers and treats them with dignity and respect.

There was a little bit of a line, but I didnt wait long. The woman who cut my hair was very friendly. I got a simple trim and got my hair thinned some. Price was decent.
