I had Picosure laser on my wrist for tattoo removal with Leah on Friday. She mentioned that I could be swollen, red, and possibly blister but she had only seen that on a really sensitive area like the foot. The treatment was pretty painful but it went fast. She gave me an ice pack to take home and petroleum jelly to put on and told me to try to keep it covered for as long as possible. I was prepared to apply ice and the petroleum ointment over the weekend but was not prepared for how bad it would hurt or how big and nasty the blisters would be. I was given no post treatment instructions and when I called the office the receptionist told me "you should probably apply the antibiotic ointment on it"....I wasnt given an antibiotic nor was I ever told it was necessary to apply any.

I had terrible dark spots on my hands, face, neck and chest that made me look MUCH older than I was. Three treatments later, all gone! Im so grateful to Procerus for excellent, excellent care at a very reasonable price. I only wish I had done it sooner!

I will not go here ever again because when I went to use a service I had already purchased, I found out I had to pay an extra $100 dollars if I wanted it to truly work. At that point, I had no choice but to pay it. Very poor business practice!!!

Super friendly staff! Also, note that they are located in the 315 Burlington building. If you go in the front doors of the building the suite #8 is located down stairs. Walk down the stairs and turn left and they are at the end of the hallway.
