I have been coming here for years, but todah I walked in and checked in with the lady at the counter and she had nicely told me it would be a few minutes, there were 2 ppl in front of me. I sat down and waited then 4 boys walked in and got cut before me. Then 2 more walked in and also got cut before me. So I asked how much longer, she told me there was still 1 more in front of me and I was the only one in the place. Apparently they were "online check ins" and if they showed up, they were cut before me. The lady did NOT explain that to me. If i could rate this location a zero, I would. I wasted an hour sitting there and the only reason Im doing this review is SO NO ONE ELSE WILL WASTE THEIR TIME!!!!

My son (age 10) had his haircut on March 2, 2017 at around 5:40. It was wet when walking out and when it dried was the worst cut he has ever had. Im sorry to be negative but he was embarrassed to go to school today and that just stinks. If you cannot do a simple, very simple, boys haircut then just say so and let someone else that can do it. Waiting is not a problem when the cut is good, rushed insufficient work is never appreciated. I am 30 minutes away from this shop or I would have taken him back. Never Again. Shame on stylists who say they can do a cut they cannot do.

I recently did an online check in and the wait time was 29 minutes. It took about 10 minutes to get there and they tell me we had a 40 minute wait time. They refused to stand by what the website said. When I asked why the wait time had gotten longer they said its because more people had come in. But doesnt checking in online put you ahead of the people that come in after you check in??? So frustrating!!

YAY !! We are new to the area and need a haircut. I had my 10 year old sons hair cut there today. I usually explain first to the stylist that he is Autistic (with Autism you never really know what may happen and when),but today,I just forgot. Well it went just great. Very nice people,never even needed to explain his quirks. He loved it. We will be back. Thank You Celina :)

I was a walk-in soon after they opened in March. Angela cut and styled my hair. She was so nice and did a fantastic job....just what I wanted & she made the suggestions on her own. My thin hair looked thicker & bouncier & she is now my new stylist! Cant beat the price either.

This place is a joke! I have been sitting here for over30 mins and a family of four walks right in and cuts in front of me. I have been going to great clips for years. They just lost my business for life!

I get my haircut here every week I have one girl that does my hair and she does a great job most of the time I dont have to wait a lot and I like that too so I gave him five stars

If your hair cut isnt simple, go elsewhere. Most of the hair dressers will jack your hair up.
