I had the worse experience here I got the opposite of what I asked for . I had an appointment at 10 and didnt leave till 6. She not only made my platinum hair look like charcoal she then proceeded to rub bleach with shampoo in my hair to lighten it which damaged my hair , and then told me it was already damaged when I arrived which it was not at all . I couldnt even put my fingers through my hair. Which having platinum hair I know when its damaged and I have prided myself on taking care of it. She was rude and stated that according to the salon I am never happy when I leave. Which is beyond rude to say to a client. Their is only one person who has ever remained their that could have said that due to high turnover and she has never touched my hair (marie!) Not to mention their was also another worker whom looked to be on drugs. At any rate I asked to speak to the manager and she would not speak to me nor did she ever call me back. This is the worst salon do not go their at all....ever theh are unproffesional And out of style. I only went for convenience as I work 6 days a week . so I am walking around with the ugliest damaged hair!!! STAY away from this place until they get new staff and a owner who cares

I was in the salon business for 25+ years, in ownership and management. I had recruited Kim for years for our salon. I needed a great haircut because I was leaving for a convention in Orlando. I called and made an appointment and arrived late at the end of the day. She was extremely gracious and gave me one of the best haircuts in my life. My last salon I had 26 stylists working. I will not only go back, but I recommend her with 5 stars.

I love on of the stylist who cuts on of my sons hair. One of the other girls is kind of dumb and didnt really know what she was doing when she dyed my sons hair
