NAWAL was the lady I went to. The worst microderm Ive ever received in my life. I went with my cousin and we booked two appointments and they acted oblivious and awkward that two of us came in. Then, the lady took us in and asked to see our vouchers and asked twice how much did we pay? And after asking, she was really upset at the fact that we got our microderm deals on groupon and was like "why would they sell it for that price". Um. I dont know? We just bought it and made an appointment. THEN she doesnt even do half of the prepping that youre supposed to for a microderm and it only takes her less than 4 MINUTES to finish and we dont even feel a difference. Instead our faces feel ashy, scabby, and terrible. And then proceeds to ask us how we feel and my cousin said she doesnt feel so different and she says "well its not like youll feel a difference with it". Like what? Thats terrible customer service. Afterwards, we called to see what her name was so we can leave this microderm and she called my cousin back and was very rude to her saying "what did I not explain"? Then proceeds to say she has more customers blah blah blah. Never going back. Please dont waste your money. Go to Lifetime Skin Care Center to Michelle instead. She works wonders.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have completed 6/8 full body laser treatments with great results! It hurts but it is supposed to... they adust settings based on your tolerace. Clean and cute facility. I have gone to all of the technicians and all are very nice! Highly recommmend.
