Worst service Ive ever received as far as getting hair cuts. Brought in both my boys to get their cuts. I walk in and there are 3 or 4 clustered together. They barely look up to greet, one walks up and says "how can I help you". Ummm, haircut please??? I was hoping to get both haircuts done since it didnt seem busy at all. For the first cut, she did what was needed but I had to ask her to clean up a few areas on his head, I felt bad being too picky and I think she saw that and said sternly, "its even", ok fine Im done! Another lady who had been at her station finally comes up and takes my other kid for his cut. (What had she been doing this whole time, jeeze). She got his done quickly, no issues except that I feel she couldve done a cleaner job to get the hair off his neck. He was so uncomfortable from the hair on his neck, she didnt offer to help until I asked if she could do something. Although my boys are happy with their cuts, Im quote appalled at the service, barely a greeting and smiles. I give them 2 stars because they at least didnt jack up my boys hair.

This was the absolute worst haircut I have ever had! it was just a simple buzz on the sides and cut on top. It was literally an inch longer on one side and came at an angle across the back.I mean did these people even got to school for this. DOUBT IT! I could do exactly what this girl did by myself. I mean just common sense. I went with my brothers and they got their hair cut as well. 1 look like mine and the other looked like they put a bowl over his head and cut flat against head all the way around. I ended up just buzzing it all one length by myself. and looked way better than anything they could do. What a waist of money and I will never go to this place again. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone unless your getting ready for Halloween.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! First off, Im super picky when it comes to getting my hair cut. My sister (who owns her own salon) cut my hair for years but when I moved to Hilliard, I didnt really want to drive 3 hours to get my hair cut. I started looking and I found First Choice. The manager, Kat, is awesome and the Caitlyn and Nadine are fantastic as well. I love going there because I know Im going to get a great cut no matter who cuts my hair. My kids (4, 8, and 11) love going there too!!! And best of all, I live like 1/4 mile from the salon! Also, heres a tip, if you can go during the week, theres rarely a wait!
