Over the past few years, I have been to many Great Clips in the Columbus area and have generally received professional service and high quality haircuts. Unfortunately, this Great Clips seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Despite having a newly renovated interior, the quality of haircut and professionalism of the staff was less than acceptable at best. Specifically, during my most recent visit, I provided very specific instructions as to how I wanted my hair to be cut, but my stylist apparently did not understand them despite my repeated clarifications. The end result was a haircut that was not at all what I desired. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and would recommend that you avoid it as well.

What is usually a pleasant and professional experience was lost today in a very unprofessional handling of a situation that could have been resolved without incident. The Great Clips check in app policys need looked at and revamped in order to avoid further incidents as I experienced today. I informed great Clips that they will no longer receive my business and was disappointed in their business practice.

Went there maybe 3 times only because it was close and had discount coupons. First time was bad, the person didnt seem to care if it was good or bad. The last two times was okay, the other person was fast and did fine. Not sure if they would know how to fade or tape

Nikki is amazing! She fixed the not-so-happy haircut I had gotten at a pricier salon with greater skill and more helpful pointers than I have received anywhere else in central Ohio. I have found my new go-to location (and stylist)!

It saves wait times. They store my preferences in their system and do it exactly the same way. Saves money too. Good place to. They should add hair coloring if possible.

I always get my hair cut here. Great staff, fun place all at a great price. You really cant go wrong. Using their App to check in reduces wait time in the shop.
