My 2 year old got a cut today. We showed a couple pictures of what we wanted (long strands kind of surfer like) and the cut is absolutely horrible. It was uneven in several parts and feathered in the front. There was a hunk of hair that was longer behind his ear. This was our second time there. The first cut was even but way too short. They seem to only know one standard short cut and you are lucky if its even. My kids have thick wavy hair so the stylist must know how to texture it once cut.

Unbelievable this is the worst haircut I have even seen. Bangs uneven and HIGH, they are actually above the ears. This is the best part, the styles after this butcher job says “what do you think” in front of my 5 year old granddaughter. I want to say this is the worst haircut I have even seen she looks awful. I guess it will be ok in a couple months. Never Again

We moved to the Columbus area recently and the kids just love this place! We have had different girls cut our childrens hair and they all do so great! The boys get cute spikes and girls get braids! The kids are so happy that they want to go back all of the time! The slide is amazing for the kids to play on while waiting! Love this place!

My 3 year old wont stop talking about how much fun he had at cookie cutters! We walked in and were greeted right away. Stylists were very kind and patient with my wiggly little boy. It was a wonderful experience. We both left happy! And he is excited to return and receive his sucker and prize again! Thank you!!
