The worse experience I ever had in life. My hair was literally 30 inches long, and I told Irene the hair stylist to only trim a inch or two off, and to give me a lot of long layers. First she cuts off 5 inches, which I really didnt mind. Then she starts doing my layer, but wouldnt listen to how I wanted it. I told her I wanted a lot of layers, but she stood their complaining my hair was too long she cant put much layers in my hair. Which I said thats okay as long as i have decent looking layers. She then proceeded to keep telling me I should just chop my hair off I dont need long hair. She was so rude and had a disgusting attitude. Once I got home I tied my hair in a ponytail and noticed my hair at the bottom was so uneven!!! I had really long piece of strand of hair coming down, and right in the middle of the ponytail there was a chunk of hair that looked like she just chopped off and didnt even try to blend it in with all my other layers!!!!!! Im never stepping foot in there again! I can go on forever complaining about how much I hate this place and how bad of an experience I had!

Ive used this salon when I didnt have time to go to my hometown to my original salon. Im not sure what the ladys name was, she had dark medium to long hair... anyways she did a decent job on my haircut and eyebrows I was happy with the services. I looked my hair over really good after and everything looked fine. There was one piece on my bangs that was a little off but it was an easy fix. Overall satisfied.

I live in the city and I usually try to get my hair cut at this location specifically because of a certain stylist. Her name is Nikki and I have been coming out to see her for almost a year now just because she does a great job and is so fun to talk to. If you get a chance to go here, ask for Nikki!
