On Wednesday I went to the salon & spoke with Shawanna prior to walking in on today. I wanted a simple wash & style. I arrived at the salon at 12:30. I signed in, was acknowledged, & asked to have a seat. Shawanda herself, never acknowledged me. I waited until 2:42 & Shawanna finally came over to take me to the shampoo bowl. She shampooed my hair only once, applied conditioner & rinsed it right out. Pointless. Who washes their clients hair only once? Then she placed a shower cap on my head(with nothing in my hair) & asked me to wait while she shampooed someone who came in after me. I was tired of waiting & finally asked the manager if someone else who was free could take me. She said yes, however the stylist was on a small break. So the manager tried to jumpstart the process & blow dry my hair. She started to blow it out without even detangling my hair first. And she added no product. I stopped her & asked why she hasnt put anything in my hair. She replied, " like what?" I told her a heat protectant or leave in conditioner. She said, "she will probably do that when she gets here. Im just blowing you out. But, everyone does it differently". I was really confused & did not want her to proceed. The actual stylist then came & did well on my hair. It was slightly heavy/greasy because of all the spray & product. My overall experience, for a first time customer was horrible. Shawanna was telling her other clients about me & how I asked for someone else -- very unprofessional. She is very loud and in my opinion, a slow stylist who is easily distracted. I do not plan on returning & I am very upset I even had to pay for this service.

Went to take my son for hair cut, they didnt have a sign in sheet out so I waited at the counter. One stylist was sitting in a chair texting on her phone,she looked at me then went back to texting. The other had a client. I stood there for about 15 min. Another customer came in and I was finally acknowledge by the stylist with a customer already. I ended up walking out.

Terrible!!! I have never received a haircut so bad in 30 years..... I brought a photo and I asked for a stacked Bob with long angle in front past my chin.....I received a very choppy un even cut. The front, sides and back are jacked up!
