Gee , Laura S, you just troll the google reviews to lash out at people that give their personal experience and on the SAME DAY that I wrote mine. Wow, I didnt even know the "english" ladies name. Very good! You mentioned roger, robin, brandon,etc. lol. Can I say, this is a false review and Robin, you should be ashamed of yourself. For "whoever" Laura S is......lol........ya better make sure you write another one for your friend/family at Serenity. Past review writers dont get emails telling them that there is a review of the shop, Serenity does. Sorry Robin, it is the truth and truth hurts. By the way Laura S, I was there about 6 times in a VERY short period of time and except for the 1 time that Robin had to fix Rogers "2" cuts, I paid 50.00 + tip each time.

I have finally found a hair salon that is able to do exactly what I want! Saw Trish the other day and was incredibly happy with my hair. I have been to several different salons in the area and have been disappointed every time, but not at Serenity! Trish was knowledgeable and highly skilled. I had my hair highlighted (no small feat since I have dark dark brown hair so it always takes multiple steps), and cut into a totally different style and loved the outcome of both! I received so many compliments the next day on how healthy and great my hair looked. I have already recommended Trish to several of my friends! And every person I saw walk out looked great. The staff here is definitely great at what they do! Thank you Serenity!

I had the urge to go shorter today and couldnt find an opening anywhere. I hadnt been devoted to any one salon in particular, so I thought I would give Serenity a try. They got me right in for an appointment. Trish did an amazing job with my cut! I came in with an awkward, grown-out cut and very thick hair. She worked her magic. You can tell she is experienced/knowledgeable and has an eye for what will work for you specifically. I will be a loyal customer to Serenity and Trish! Also, they have a recycling program where you bring in empties of products you purchased there and you get 10%off your next product purchase! Loved my experience here!

I have been going to Serenity in Auburn Hills for many years because of a neighbors recommendation. I have always been pleased with my cut and color because Robin takes the time to ask what I want; she knows my busy lifestyle and gives me a cut that I can do quickly and efficiently. She knows what looks best on me and will tell me if I want something that wont work. I trust her completely because she and all the other employees are true professionals. I know they go to hair shows to keep abreast of the latest styles and techniques so that tells me that they truly care about their clients.

If youre looking for a true upscale salon experience, I implore you to look elsewhere. My "stylist" Brandon seemed self-absorbed, as I had to hear about his little mundane life adventures he shared with his friend Robyn. It was anything but relaxing. Brandon presents himself in a bit haughty light, by that I mean a touch Narcissistic! Frankly the cut I received was OK considering the money. So overall if youre looking for a lovely salon experience, I fancy "6 Salon" or "Center Street Salon" in Royal Oak any day than this place.

Today was my first time at Serenity and I went in there for a hair cut. And I have to say this is the first cut Ive had where I did not come back feeling a mixed emotion of love and hate over my new hair style. My stylist Bridget did an amazing job and I love my new cut. Shes also a very down to earth person who certainly knew what she was doing. I think Ive found a stylist Id like to keep going back to!

About a year ago I decided to make a change in my color and to sum up a year of many shades...he has always produced amazing results. Customer service is outstanding. I just visited here for the first time and Trish cut and colored my hair. The salon is very nice and they have a wide variety of products. Trish was wonderful and gave me exactly what I wanted. She really listened to my preferences and was very friendly too. The price was not at all unreasonable. I will return!

This is as good as it gets !!! The staff is super nice, the facility is always clean & fresh. They always do a great job. They make getting a haircut fun. My wife goes to Serenity too and its the ONLY place she will ever go!!! For guys or girls - Serenity is to place to go. See you in a few weeks!

Donna is the BEST hair stylist ever. She has taken my hair from a frizzy brown permed mess to a beautiful, smooth, non-permed healthy look She taught me how to take care of my hair and style it to flatter my face. Maria also did a fantastic job at blow dry boot camp.
