I went to Ulta on telegraph and was in the store 15-20 mins and no one greeted me or seemed interested in helping. I had to go and ask for assistance and the manager just pointed me to an area where the products were. I had to make a run out by Great Lakes Outlet and thought I will stop in the Ulta in Lake Orion. Wow was I surprise!!! Meagan (eye brow artist) seen that I looked confused and was very friendly and helpful in recommending a product that would work best for me. As I was shopping through the store other associates were smiling and asking did I need assistance. The entire staff that I had any contact with was extremely helpful and courteous!!! By far I will be back to this store!!!!! The best customer service!!!!

Went to Ulta Salon at Baldwin Commons today on a whim because a change was in order. Called at 11:15..had an appointment booked at 12:00. I havent had my dry, damaged, box dyed hair touched in over a year so it was the definition of a mess. I met with Frankie (my stylist) and we went over what I wanted and the state of my hair. She gave me the final cost BEFORE she started my hair and asked if adding an additional $10 treatment was ok. My biggest pet peeve is hidden charges from salons that you dont find out until after the fact. Aside from that, I have never been happier leaving a salon! My hair is healthy, beautiful, and looks amazing. I will definitely be returning to her!!

The stylist I had hurt my head so bad Im still hurting the next next day. He pulled my hair so tight over the foils on my entire head then pulled them out rough. When he washed my hair he scrubbed very hard and was pulling my hair too. When he brushed my hair he was not gentle and forced the brush through the Knotts, pulling some hair out. He burnt me a few times with the blow dryer and botched the trim on mine and my daughters hair. The color of my hair which was suppose to be blonde turned out blotchy Carmel color. Never will I go there again!! My head feels like it was tortured for 3 hours. That us how long I was there!!

I went in there for the first time. Everyone seems nice but when I went to pay, two of the cashier kept asking me if I wanted to get a membership and telling me how great it was for future use. I said no and I wasnt interest and then it became awkward. Other than that everything was great. The store is very clean and neat.

I went last week for a new hair style. My stylist was wonderful. She actually listened to what I wanted. And when I wanted to make a slight change a few days later she did it free of charge. Every employee I have had contact with was great, super knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit

My go-to Ulta! Friendly staff, friendly manager. I definitely prefer this location over the Rochester location, mainly due to the fact that the staff isnt stuck up and rude. Always willing to help and answer questions as well as suggesting products for the type of skin I have.

Best beauty store. However I wouldnt recommend getting your hair styled here. If i show a "master stylist" what i want and they say they can do it , you better be able to deliver! Otherwise your wasting everyones time. Topped with i had an event to go to I was soo mad.

I absolutely love Ulta! They carry drug-store brand and professional/high-end products for hair, makeup, and practically anything beauty related. They can be slightly pricey, but the quality of the products always make it worth it!

This place is ok if you do not expect them to back their products. Their return policy is TERRIBLE. Their customer service is not so good either. If you are bargain hunting with promotions, ok place. Otherwise, I would stay away.

Every time I go in there they are always so helpful. I love this store and I always go here for my favorite Urban Decay and Tarte products, and if you go there a lot there rewards program is amazing.
