Salon blue is a fantastic place. My daughters and I have all been seeing Leah here and we just love her and her artistic talent. The girls here in the salon keep up with what is current.Leah always does what we ask her to do with our hair, but also gives her opinion when asked. The scheduling is very easy and Leah always seems to be able to be fit me into the schedule in an emergency. That is important because sometimes you realize the same day how you really need your hair touched up or trimmed, and Leah has always worked something out to fit me in. Theyre also open late during the week and that helps with busy schedules. You can get home and get everything done and then it is your time at the end of the day to just relax and get your hair done The atmosphere here is so comfortable and very clean and inviting. The owners are so friendly and everyone here is relaxed and smiling.I am sitting here right now getting my hair done so I can say this from the heart❤️

OK here it is people. Want a celebrity stylist who has been featured in multiple national Magazine and has done famous models and not to mention Miss Universe girls!!! Then see my girl Mirela who is classy and professional and must say very modest and humble!! Her staff as well are classy ladies and knowledgeable in the hair business. She has been in fashion week and worked with the beat but yet so down to earth. Mens hair cut up to the latest trends.. womans which my wife looks so Good when she she leaves from there ..( Not to mentioned she corrected her from the Salon from Oxford) Read her review as Im a picky individual so is my wife and I have to say Mirela can charge us double and I would not care as she is a true hidden Gem in Lake Orion and Oxford. Rumors is they may be expanding and can not wait to see what she will do next!!

I have never walked out of a hair salon with a smile on my face before I went to Salon Blue! Because of my past experiences I was nervous to make another attempt at getting my hair done professionally. Leah listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease- I completely trusted/trust her! I am so happy with the results of my hair (we did an ombre/highlight kind of deal)! She also gave me random tips on how to better take care of my hair. I will definitely stay a loyal customer. My mother came with me and got a color/cut done, she wanted to cover up some grays. Usually they do not go away but they are nowhere to be found on her pretty head and her hair looks natural and gorgeous! I could go on forever but I will end with this-the people and the service are both impeccable, you wont regret it!

I went to Glitz to have my blonde hair dyed light brown. They dyed it nearly black. When I went back for a color correction, they turned it orange! My hair was a disaster to say the least. Not knowing where to go, I had a friend tell me if anyone could fix it, it would be Mirela. I went and had a consultation with her and she told me she could fix my hair. When I went in, she was so kind and understanding of my situation. Her salon is beautiful and all the staff are so nice. I knew I was in good hands. She ended up fixing what Glitz had done and my hair is orange no more! I left her salon with renewed self esteem. I would totally recommend anyone who needs help with color to go to her. If she could fix what I had going on, she can fix anything. Thank you Mirela!

So lets just keep it simple, one phrase says it all!!! #1 Hair Salon in MICHIGAN!!!! And trust me Ive been to plenty!!! Only Salon Blue will treat you like royalty serving you wine if of age and letting you wait on one of the most comfortable couches ever. Had such a great experience my first time, I just couldnt even have a thought of going anywhere house!!! They have AMAZING Stylists professional and skillful in their craft but the one worth mentioning is Julia!!! In ever way she is talented! And when I say it I mean it with 120%. If you dont believe me... GO and give her an appointment and mannnn will you be glad you did!!! Guy or Girl you wont regret!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. Leah is a great stylist and amazing with color! She keeps up with the trends, and is constantly trying to improve her technique (even though shes great already!). It is a relief to know that I can go to her with what I want, and it turns out perfect every time. Honestly it feels like I am going to a celebrity salon! From ombre, to balayage or a new cut - they have it all. Leaves me wondering how we got so lucky to have this type of salon in Lake Orion, and the prices are very reasonable with the quality you receive. I tell everyone about Salon Blue! :)

Leah has been cutting and coloring my hair for almost 13 years. She does such an amazing job that there was no question I would follow her to Salon Blue when she joined their team. I completely trust her with color and constantly get compliments on mine. Shes very aware of what will work best for different people and different types of hair. I have been very happy with Salon Blue since Leah made the move. The salon is beautiful and spacious, the atmosphere is very relaxed and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend (and have to many people) going to Salon Blue and especially to Leah.

I get sometimes things dont go as planned, but my experience here was not great. I was late for work which I told them about and asked to make sure there was enough time... and the color of my hair never turned out. The stylist literally asked me if the color mixed in the bowl what what I wanted. I dont do hair. I dont know what the correct color should look like in the mixing bowl?? When they said they would call me in two weeks to actually color my hair (fix what was supposed to be done), they never did. I called them. They never called back.

I always walk out of salon blue happy with my hair! Leah does exactly what I ask and always has new and fun techniques to use on my hair. I am a blonde and they have better blonde colors than any other salon Ive been to. I am away at college so I will randomly come home on a Friday and Leah always finds a way to squeeze me in when I need highlights and a trim. I always feel welcome when I come here and Leah is so personable you can talk to her about anything. You cannot make a mistake when coming to salon blue. Ask for Leah, youll love her!

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they really make an attempt to get to know you (not to mention they are great at doing hair!). Rebecca colors and cuts my hair and she is great. She does excellent natural highlights as well as keeps up on new trends and techniques. Shes been doing my hair for over a year and Ive always loved my hair and would recommend her to anyones. The stylists really know what they are doing and you wont be disappointed. This is a wonderful salon.
