I was a loyal customer since their opening in 2005. Today I was running about 20 minutes late and called ahead to see if they could still fit me in only to be turned away at the door. They could have said "No, you are running too late" or called me on my cell if they had decided it wasnt going to work out after all. But they didnt. I lost 45 minutes of my work day for nothing and was embarrassed when I returned without a haircut and left my boss wondering. In an area with a 17% unemployment rate and so many bounced checks they can accept them anymore. Youd think they would treat loyal, paying customers better than this. Theyll get no more business from me.

It used to be a great salon but lately Lisa, the owner, has been preoccupied with personal issues. She used to give the customer her full attention but the last few times I went there, I just sat there while she talked to everyone else around me about her issues. I used to love going there since I started about 2 years ago but it just isnt the same place that it was. Even my hair cut was not as good as previous visits. They also cater to a much younger crowd now. I just started to feel very out of place and uncomfortable. Too bad. It was good for a while.

went there once for haircut I was totally dissatisfied they cut my hair way too short I have really good care I told them only one inch dead ends off and she said that my hair I was so mad so disappointed if you guys are thinking about going to this place just try to Glitz salon Ive never walked out of glitz unhappy

I have heard many good things about Salon U. We went there for the first time on Friday. My daughter was going to her Senior Prom and wanted an updo. Not only did her hair look amazing but we truly had the best experience. This is a memory that we both will treasure for ever! Thank You!!!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Salon U! No one has eve cut my hair or colored my hair like the stylists there...and I have seen 4 different stylists and loved every one of them. Love Salon U..I will be a loyal customer for years:)
