This place is great for finding all brands of make up but i warn against any of the services they offer. I had decided to have my eyebrows waxed & make up applied before work last week. The girl was really nice but did a horrible, horrible job on my make up and my eyebrows are a bit uneven. I thought i was getting a professional make up application but the shadow was too high, uneven, my whole face was just caked with powder, eyebrows werent drawn on even, it was just a huge waste of $71! I do make up better and ive never taken a class. Definetely wont be trying any of their other services. If you have something planned, do not have make up done here. You WILL have to wash off and redo!

DANCING IN THE BASEMENT

I thought it was just one time, but more so than not, I find the employees are always talking and laughing with each other. When I need help they pretty much ignore me. I dont know if it is because of my color or what, but it seems like they flock to assist people that look more like them. When someone does help me, they never have my products or they rush me and go off to do something else. With the exception of a young lady that referred me some great mascara, the sales people are rude. Oh, by the way, they were out of the mascara. Typical! I am so glad that I have another location to go to now. I hope it is bether there.

Summer March

I called to ask a question and SHARON & STACEY were extremely rude. Sharon is some beauty technician & Stacey is the general manager. Neither of them were helpful in answering the simple question I had. Sharon hung up the phone on me and when I called back to speak with Stacey (who was standing right next to Sharon because I heard her voice and sharon said "Stacey is standing right next to me") She kept saying that she never heard the conversation and she continuously lied instead of just admitting that a rude encounter had just taken place. I will not spend any money here knowing that this behavior is allowed at Ulta.

Im giving one star, because not giving stars is an option. This ulta is less than a mile from my house, so its convenient to go there, but I prefer driving to literally ANY other location. I thought it was just me being picky, until I came and read some of the reviews about how awful the staff is. Never in my life have I been treated so awful, repeatedly, in a place where I spend that much money. From now on Ill drive the extra 15 minutes. Garbage store, garbage employees.

Really great store felt extremely welcomed n ALL my questions were tended to as it was my first time lookin into some of the products they carry for men I would like to send a special shoutout to Michelle n Adelle who were both very friendly and extremely helpful..... ill for sure be back to get anything else im looking to buy from cologne to hair gel n everything in between

EVERY TIME, and I mean EVERY TIME, I come to this Ulta, the employees are so rude! They always have a stank face. I rather drive a bit more to the ulta in the Southland mall. The employees there are so helpful and friendly, unlike this one. I am not the only one that says this about this Ulta, most of the girls I know that shop at Ulta always have a bad experience here.

The worst haircut of my life occurred at this very location of this "upscale" salon. Apparently if you can not cut hair, you still get a license and you have a job waiting for you at ULTA! Beware! Not all are incompetent at this place, but if you dont know someone for sure and you just walk in, youll probably end up having the girl that did my hair do your hair as well

Its a very racist establishment. As soon as I walked in with bestfriend, an employee kept following us around the store. Trying to see if we were going to steal. Its pretty pathetic how racial profiling actually exist. I wouldnt even recommend this store to anyone. She didnt even speak to us, she just followed us. Dont you supposed to greet he customers?

This is the third time Ive been to this Ulta. Literally the worst Ulta location in the area. They are ALWAYS out of stock on various items. You have to walk around the entire perimeter of the store to get someone to help you. Im glad I have the Novi and Allen Park locations to rely on!

I love going to this ulta! Jackie ALWAYS does my hair so bomb!!! :) Even though I am a woman of color she does very well with my hair texture. I HIGHLY recommend Jackie if your going to ulta salon in Livonia.
