I feel the same as other reviewers do about this Bloomfield store. BAD rude cashiers and the management doesnt seem to care either. They need to go to classes for dealing with customer in a pleasant manner. I have been to this store 3 times in a row and decided I will go out of my way to go to the Great Lakes Ulta in Auburn Hills.

I went to the salon for a haircut and for close to 40 bucks it is hit or miss. Im going to go back for an adjustment but what a time waster to have to. Also they have never had an esthetician as long as Ive seen it open and they advertise facials.

good products, awful cashier told her i had a coupon to apply, she told me she did than i get home didnt get apply it for me! and bad customer service when exiting the store!!! Needs to work on making customers feel more welcomed!

Nicole the clinque consultant is an absolute doll! she showed me how to contour and do my makeup properly and made me feel so welcomed. I left feeling like a princess and now know how to somehwhat do my makeup lol

All but 2 girls who work at this location are rude. Its like Im bothering because they have to do their job. Its the closest Ulta to my house, otherwise I would not be going there.
