I have not got my nails done in years. I turned 28 on December 4th and wanted to get my nails done. Not being from around the area, I figured I would go to a place that looked nice on the outside and inside. Looks are deceiving, this is the WOrSE nail place I have ever came across. They do the worse job, they rush, the people are very rude, they are WAY over priced for what they do. I will NEVER get my nails done here again nor would I EVER recommend this place to anyone. Not even to get my dogs nails painted. HORRIBLE place. They left my nail polish I had on when I came in. the lady told me rudely that when i paint my nails not to paint my cuticles she said it dont come off, no reason she couldnt take a few mins to soak my nails for it to come off or rub it off, its not that hard. I wanted my nails done a certain way and she says i cant do that. WHY maybe you shouldnt be a nail tech!!!

I got a pedicure last weekend and the pedicure itself was decent, but I paid extra money for the middle option (better pedicure?). The lady next to me asked for the basic service, as we were both getting pedicures at the same time I noticed they did the EXACT same thing to her as they did to me. So I basically gave them extra money for nothing. The lady doing my feet did not say a word to me in the hour I was there. Maybe she didnt know English? Maybe she was just rude? I didnt say anything because I was happy with the way my feet looked. 2 days later the polish was already chipping on multiple toes. It has now been 1 week and there is paint missing from every toenail. I have been getting pedicures for years and the paint has ALWAYS lasted 3 weeks or longer.... This is why I dont try new places...

Went there yesterday for mani/pedi. My manicurist hardly touched my cuticle, even after I told her that they really needed work. She polished right over the cuticle that she didnt get pushed back. The polished bubbled up and her answer was to apply a second top coat, that never fully dried. My nails looked textured this morning so I went back. The manager would not make it right. I wanted a refund or another manicure by a different manicurist. He was rude and unconcerned about the reputation of the salon. I wouldnt go back there if it were the last place on earth.

I paid for the deluxe pedicure and barely got the minimum pedicure. The whole time she was on the phone while paying little attention to what she was doing. I pointed out twice that I wanted my heels buffed really well and she ignored me both times as she continued her phone conversation. When she announced I was done I paid and left. I will not be going back. My heels still have callouses. Ive never left a negative review before but I was extremely disappointed not only in the service I paid for but for how I was treated.

Showed up at 4:45pm to find this business closed. The hours are listed on the door open until 5:30pm -no sign saying they had to close early. Called the phone number machine also states open until 5:30. As I was leaving 3 other cars parked and customers walked up. I said the door is locked and lights off, 4 VERY unhappy potential customers. Poor business practice.

My daughter and I had a pedicures. We chose the middle level service. I was disappointed with the finished product and the gentlemen that did mine was rough. There was nothing relaxing about it thats for sure. I expected a top notch pedicure for $101.00. Way over priced for shabby service. Ill be never go back.

That is the worst place to go for your nails. Dont waste your money. The people are rude. If you tell them how you want your nails. They ignore you. And do your nails the way they want. I had red nail polish when I came in. They didnt even remove all of it. Im dissatisfied. I Will "Never" Return

Ive been doing shellac on my nails for about 2 months. The first 3 times I went somewhere else, but decided to go to Impressions one day as it was last minute and I didnt have time for an appointment at my regular place. Not even 6 days later, and two of my nails are chipped

I have gotten a few pedicures here and a gel mani. I love the relaxing atmosphere and how quiet it is. The staff was friendly and helpful and does quality work. I love having my feet pampered, and this is my favorite place around town so far!

Impression Nail & Spa is the best! I have been having my nails done for 20 years at various places and this place beats them all! They are spotlessly clean and very talented. I drive 20 minutes to get there and it is worth the trip!

Great place.. first guy who did toes was not talkative and did an ok job..complained in another language the whole time.. lady that did full set was great!! Very friendly and talkative.. definitely will go back.. : )

I got gel nails and half of them are crooked, they are good for pedis but not manis. Not going there again.
