Ive gone there about 4 times and each time they have messed up hair. I asked for an inch off and she just cut off 3 inches. I am not going back. Update: I called to complain about the poor service and the stylist, Nawal, said "Oh the one inch was for the layers." Who doesnt let the customer know how much they plan to cut off before they cut it to see if its alright with the customer? Then when I said she didnt tell me that, she said "Well what do you want me to do about it?" WHAT?! You dont know how to deal with a customer complaint? I 100% recommend you go somewhere else. The service was poor, there was no communication, and they dont have good customer service.

Have been coming here for a few years and my stylist Nawal is a wonderful lady! She is the reason I keep coming back to this salon, and I enjoy our conversations and the friendly relaxed atmosphere here. Its also a great deal to purchase the 4 cuts for $40, as I end up doing this a couple of times per year and it saves me in the long run considering the price of services does rise from time to time.

I have been seeing Nancy since 2004. No one else can touch my hair. She cuts, colors wonderfully and I ask for my own weird whims all the time! She has seen it butt length and purple to black wedge cut and striped! As long as you arent a snobby infant, she is the best!

I have been to this location 3 or 4 times and I have always been pretty happy with my hair cut and there usually isnt much of a line. The people have been friendly and I will probably get my hair cut here again.

Called to get pricing. I asked "How much for a guys fade haircut?" Lady with a thick accent said "mens or womens cut?" So i said mens cut, and she said 20 or 40 dollars. For a 20 minute fade??? Ill pass.

The staff is very friendly and really cares about how you look when youre done. Ive never had to wait very long to be seen by my favorite stylist. The store is clean and bright.
