I received an absolutely horrible haircut. I went in with hair at chest level and asked for it to be cut to my shoulders. I now have a chin-length bob style haircut. The stylist literally started cutting my hair before I even finished describing what I wanted her to do. I also asked her to trim my slanted bangs, which had grown out. Instead, my bangs are now cut straight across my face, above my eyebrows!! After washing my hair, I had to cut several pieces myself that the stylist had completely missed and not even cut! In addition to all this, she tried to give me layers, but only on one side! The left side looks fine, but on the right side, the top layer of my hair is cut in a straight line about an inch above the rest of my hair, which looks ridiculous. My hair looks horrible and I am so embarrassed. I do not recommend.

I went in to get quite a bit of hair cut off Tracy cut my hair, I was ready for something shorter but not too short. It was a shock at how much she cut off but an even bigger shock the next day when I styled my hair and really examined the back. She did a shorter cut in the back and brought it to be longer in the front. She did it super fast and put way too many layers in the back and it looks so choppy and she didnt blend the layers at all, I literally look like I just cut off different sections of my hair. The bottom is completely uneven and now I have to go spend more money and lose more hair because it looks horrible. I wouldnt recommend going to this location or at least steer clear of the woman I got! I added a photo to show how bad it turned out.

Weve been coming to this location for almost 10 years, if not longer. The people are kind, the place is clean, and the wait times arent really all that long. Usually less than 15 minutes when they are busy. Even if you have four people to get hair cuts. Like any place, it helps now that Great Clips has the phone app to allow you to reserve before you arrive.

Happy to have Heaven cut my hair - the first time she did it is the only time my wife commented favorably on my haircut. I followed Heaven from University to Hoover Rd. She listens to what type of haircut I want, makes suggestions, and makes sure I am happy with the results. Friendly and professional - I dont go anywhere else to get my hair cut.

This place sucks !! People are rude and dont care about customers.. do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location. Second time in a week I checked in online and when I arrived I was ignored!!!! I was next in line both times and they to a walk in that was not on screen.... stay away!!!

Day before school starts, so obviously theyre busy. But theyre not even trying to hurry up and are being completely rude. In fact Im pretty sure theyre moving slower then they usually do.
