Having never been to a sports clips I walked in the crew said welcome and I waited for someone to take my name or say be seated. So after standing at the counter for 5 min no one said anything I decided to sit down and wait my turn. After waiting 20 min waiting someone who walked in after me was called for a haircut! Confused and puzzled I asked what was up and noticed theres a clip board to sign in. Way to go staff your awesome for talking to the new guy! Needless to say I walked out. They dont even deserve the 1 star! Learn to talk to your customers! Smile!

Went today to get a haircut, instead I had to get my own clippers to fix what the stylist messed up. First she kept wiping my face with the towels and always managed to get hair in my eyes. She had asked if she could trim my sideburns to even them out, I said go ahead and she ended up cutting all of it off and they werent even! There were spots all over that you could see that she had missed. If she is new then provide better training cause it was just terrible. I ended up cutting most of my hair off to make it look decent again. Will not be going back!

Overpriced, mediocre haircuts delivered by exclusively female barbers trained to upsell services. I was tolerating the place until I got there 20 minutes prior to closing and was turned away. Closing does not mean closing. It means when the staff plans to go home. They would rather turn you away than be 5 minutes after their closing time getting out. Obviously, their time is more valuable to them than my money. I will help them solve this problem, I will never return. Better more reasonably priced barbers are too easy to find.

I called today and asked if I could make haircut appointments for my son and me. The guy who answered the phone said okay. Waited a few seconds and said, we dont make appointments. I said, so all your business is walk in? To which he replied , yes. Desiring to be first in line for the next day I then asked him what time they open in the morning. He couldnt tell me. You guys just totally dropped the ball.

Brought my 9 year old and 2 year old boys in to get their hair cut. They did a great job. My 2 year old doesnt like to sit in the chair for very long and the stylist did a great job in just the right amount of time. Good prices and they were excited about getting a prize after.

Waited 15min before being seen and my son got the haircut he wanted. No one was sitting at front desk to tell you what to do, but every hair place I go there is a clipboard that you always sign in on so its really a no brainer. We liked it and will go back.
