I took my son here to get his hair cut. The lady who actually cut his hair was friendly and patient with him. He was scared of the clippers however and cried as most babies do. As I was trying to get him calmed down one of the women working in there (I didnt get her name but she was tall with blonde hair) turned around irritated and gave me a look like I needed to shut my baby up. She then addressed the stylist working with us and told HER that I needed to hold his head so she could cut it and glared at me. I was humiliated as she kept turning around to glare at us. When I was at the counter paying, her back was to us and my husband walked out with my son. She turned around like she was going to say something to the stylist that was working with us, but realized that I was still in the salon and turned back around to her customer. I can only assume that she was waiting until we left so that she could talk some more about it. I have never been embarrassed in front of a salon full of people like that before. I most definitely will not be returning and I would recommend that if you have small children you do not go here!

I have been to this place a good amount of times, maybe two or three times I have walked away there satisfied with my haircut(cut by the same person, not sure what her name is but she wears glasses and has short blonde hair). I explain how I want my haircut and every time as usual they dont listen and take too much off the top usually because they cant trim it right the first time and have to take off more and more and still cant get it even or they go too high on the sides and its still uneven. Should be called "Sometimes Great Clips"

Lousy service!!!! Signed in online to cut my wait time. Arrived and they could not find me in their system. Finally did locate my reservation. I asked for a particular stylist because I have been burned too many times by a crappy stylist and cut. So they acknowledged i wanted this particular stylist who was currently cutting a customers hair. She finished, then some other lady walked in and got the stylist I wanted after waiting 20 minutes!!!! So pissed, left the joint, may never go back!!!!!!

Online system doesnt work. Checked in on the app and it said 53min wait. Went in after 40 min and the woman was agitated because she couldnt find my name even though my phone said I was checked in. She told me to sit down. No problem. After about 10 min I asked what the wait might be like and another woman said I wasnt checked in and it would be 45 min so I left. They need to workout their system but Im going to let them do that on their time, not mine.

Never had a problem with the stylist , but the system they use for the lines is stupid and unfair, ill walk in and be sitting and waiting, ill be waiting just to see if people who signed in online even show up?! Ridiculous just because i dont spend my entire day with my face in my phone i have to wait? How about first come first serve? No i guess that makes to much sense

Really really bad haircut. This was one of the worst haircuts my son has ever had. I asked for her to cut just a little off the top, and she cut off way too much. She said she would put it in the notes for his next visit to leave the top a little longer. Yeah, like were ever coming back here.

Clean and professional environment, wide variety of pomades and shampoos. The barbers are very friendly and welcome you as you walk in, nobody hardly does that anymore. A big thing for me is that they are military friendly, theyre not charging veterans for haircuts on veterans day!

Quick and easy place for a haircut. Make sure you check in online, if not you could spend more time waiting. Online check ins have priority at least thats how it seems
