Worst customer service Ive ever encountered! Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the counter for check-in, after one of the ladies said "well be right with you." Then the lady checking people in allowed three other people who came in after me, to cut in line ahead of me. Will NEVER go back there.

My husband likes this salon. Most of the time they cut his hair great. Sometimes, I think they cut it too short but hes OK with it so who am I to say?
