Went here 9/7. Was a little busy. There was 4 people ahead of me, most of them men, with 3 of them working. Took them around 45 minutes to get to me. I was really hoping for the younger lady but she was busy still when it got to me so I got a woman around 55. When I told her I wanted a "long bob" she got an attitude like "omg, wtf is that?" Not to worry though I had a picture ready. She said okay. I was cutting a significant amount of hair, so I wanted this to look good, evidently it didnt go so well so here I am. After she cut my hair, I had a short layer on the bottom, a significantly longer amount of hair in the middle, and then a shorter layer on top of it. This is the worst great clips experience ever. I guess I got what I paid for, and I wont be back ever.

Worst haircut I have ever received. The girl did not know how to do a proper fade. My hair is cut uneven. She was not friendly at all, didnt say one word to me. When I was done she didnt style my hair for me or even ask. She took the cover off and spilled all the cut hair onto my pants. Didnt even wipe the hair off my neck or ears with baby powder. I usually come to this great clips with good service but now I will never come back.

I was a walk in, but they were quick, made sure I approved of every aspect of my haircut, and they didnt seem to gossip or say bad things because I had bad dandruff. She (Tiffany) was nice and asked me about my life but didnt probe or seem to judge, but she listened. It was almost like therapy and a haircut, rolled into one. I would recommend them to all my friends, and they were cheap too!

Was attended to quickly. The technician was personable. The facility was clean. But was promised a different price on the phone when I called ahead when questioned the price difference was told that was not said to me felt this was a ploy to get people into the shop. I wont go back

They dont give military discounts. Told my bf that the owner doesnt allow it. However they are giving free haircuts on Veterans day. Well find a new location to do business.

The online check-in meant little to no waiting, but the quality of the haircut is always hit or miss. Its rare to see the employees there more than twice.
