Terriable, girls didnt seem too friendly girl who did my hair spent more time talking then cutting. Freaked out at me when i said no to how much she wanted to trim off. Asked for layers but just trimmed them she was afraid to do short.. whole point of going there was for layers. Did my bangs cut them too short snd funny. All togather ruined my hair.. never ever will i go back.

Horrible hair cut, and did a horrible job.Hair cut is uneven and not what I asked for. Bad customer service. The redheaded hairdresser talked about her brother in prison which is not professional. I Will never go to a great clips again. EVER. Asked for change for a 5 dollar bill and she took the money as a tip and walked away.

Never never ever go here again 1st time going never going again girl that cut my hair didnt say a word to me the whole time. Terrible job on my hair I suggest the Lodge much nicer and better service ..

Horrible. Hack job of a haircut. Extremely uneven. Nothing lines up. I have to go to spend more money at another business now to try to undo the atrocious haircut I received at great clips Lapeer mi.

Service is okay but always have a different hair cutter would be nice to see the same person every couple weeks
