After seeing the 3.5 approval from clients I almost didnt go to Great Clips despite the fact my husband got me a $50 gift card. Tricia (I think thats how you spell her name) was so great at helping me to decide how I wanted my hair cut, she explained everything she was doing to me. Very professional and she had so much patience with me. She informed me that there was a big sale going on with their "Big Sexy Hair" products. So I got my haircut, bought shampoo, conditioner, volume spritz, and hair spray for a little over $8.00 plus the gift card. As long as Tricia is there I will be back! Thanks so much!!!!

This will be the third time that Ive used the online check in system and it has not recorded my place in line even though I get the confirmation that Ive been checked in successfully. What is supposed to be a great convenience is a huge inconvenience. I will be telling all of hilliard to avoid this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Then offered to be put in the end of the line After 6 people. Even had another customer come in right after me as I was leaving and say that they were checked in but their name didnt show up either

The location at 1804 Hilliard Rome RdHilliard, OH 43026. Took my son to get a fade. OMG! IT WAS PATCHY!!! Really?? I can do a better job with some home clippers. I have no professional experience!! What the .... is wrong with this management team or manager...who hire her??? Wow. Big fat 0 if i could rate it 0. Do NOT let the girls do your hair. The only one who can cut men/boy hair is the MAN that works there. I wouldnt even trust the girls to do womens hair after how awful the patchy hir cut my son got.

When I had to get my haircut I was really against the idea of going to Great Clips but they are one of the only places that give free haircuts for donating your hair so I ended up there. My experience ended really well my hair stylist Karyn was great and she gave me exactly the style I was looking for I love my new haircut!!

I was pretty nervous to go here after reading the reviews, but figured I would give it a try. The lady who cut my hair did a wonderful job and I will be coming back for a trim. Got this similar haircut a while back at a higher end salon in my hometown and really wished I wouldve gone here. Very satisfied.

Dont use the online check in and expect to have your place. Even after you wait a hour and 15 minutes to show up. You ended up with the manager arguing with you telling you you didnt do online check in and now have to wait another hour and 30 minutes

They are they only place I found that does wigs for kids. Its s a great place. everyone is friendly and professional. Wasnt a long wait at all. I love my new short hair style!!
