The people are nice here but the hair cutting is really not good. I went here for years and has some good haircuts and a lot of average haircuts but it wasnt enough to make me change salons until I went into to have a cut fixed. I wanted more layers added and had Eva as a stylist who randomly chopped away at my hair until finally telling me she couldnt add more layers. I was left with what looked like a mullet a child had cut. My past shoulder length hair had pieces on top that were less than 2 inches but only pieces like that on one side. There was also a large portion missing in the back. I cried for days before going to a high end salon and spending over a year growing out the damage before I could get another hair cut of my own choosing, rather than just damage control. They can handle men, but if youre a woman I would run the other way unless you enjoy uneven haircuts and spending over an hour being told how bad the condition of your hair is, how awful your hair texture is, and any other rude comment.

Went for a hair color to go from black to auburn red. I knew I needed bleaching because I dyed my hair all black but the lady helping me wouldnt even consider it and decided to put the red over my black and make me wait about 5 hours doing it. The end results were so horrible the top of my head was only ORANGE and the rest were black. She offered to have me come back for a second session but she still charged me 40 bucks for wasting my time and ruining my hair. I shouldnt have been charged anything since my hair goal wasnt even accomplished. Im never going back to this location again. I was however able to go to the Hoover location where the ladies bleached my hair colored it and styled it for me in 4 hours. And the payment was worth it then. Its been 4 months down the road and till this day I think about the shifty service I received. And having to walk around with a partial orange head. Abomination !

Am ofently go over there in the Borics Hair Care. Peoples are nice and its nearby at where am live. The price is fine as well. Am like there way of dealing with the customers,etc.Am shall go over there today too (:

I went in asking for a complex-looking haircut (Ronaldo) and Eva had no problem!!!! All that I had to do was bring in a picture and the results were a near duplicate. Will definitely come again!!!

I have very short hair, instead of a shampoo and blow dry they charged me 35.00 for an up do ...... really my hair is short how is that an up do or even what I requested.
