Great charity. Unlike the others that are similar and have a high payroll to apply your monetary donations to. The charity doesnt call people. Dont listen to the negative reviews. Probably just a call center that they obviously do not use. My fraternity uses them to donate to as well, great group of ladies supporting a great cause. Especially Heather that works down stairs in the hair salon business below. She does amazing work! Donate to CWHL. Not the others. Let the hair and money be used for a legit cause. Not payroll for the higher ups, like the others. Keep up the great work.

Called me up asking for donations for breast cancer, saying nothing about hair loss or children. When I gave a reason why I cant afford to give to charities at this time, and that I dont give to charities over the phone, I was hung up on in the middle of my sentence. Not very charitable, and it only confirms my decision to donate to only those charities whose legitimacy I can verify through Websites like charity watch or charity navigator. This one wasnt even given a rating by the BBB, and they give anyone a rating!

I"m excited to share that I had 12" cut off of my hair last night and am sending to CWHL. I did a lot of research on where I wanted to donate my hair, and after learning that this organization doesnt charge for the wigs, I KNEW this is where I wanted to send my hair. Sending out Express Mail today. Countless Blessings to this organization for helping all those that you do.

My 6 y/o and I donated our hair to them. Solid Organization. Unlike most other hair donation charities, they do not charge those for their services. They do not call asking for money and I believe the negative posts are those who were called by scammers. Highly recommended! Whoever you donate to, avoid Locks for Love.

My daughter donated her hair to this wonderful organization after learning that a friend with alopecia received a wig from them at no cost. She promptly received a lovely certificate from them and we also ordered a t-shirt. It was a great experience and she is currently growing out her hair to donate again.

My daughter and I donate to them once a year. Weve never had any issues like some others have stated. They dont call begging for donations, and weve been sending our hair to them for almost 4 years now. Its really easy for any scammer to call claiming to be from any organization.

I donated 11 inches of curly dark brown hair. I love that they dont charge their recipients and I know my hair was received because I got an email! My 8 year old son had been inspired and in about a year youll get his hair too!
