While there may be no issues with their repair services, I was mislead when purchasing a netbook. I was told they would handle all issues at the store under a one year warranty. I purchased from them because they were a local store and I expected better service than a big box or online store. When the screen cracked due to issues with the cold, I brought it in to have it looked at and was told the warranty they mentioned was only a manufacturers limited warranty and that a repair would cost me $150. This annoyed me greatly as it was different from the information told to me by an employee when I purchased the netbook.

LIFE SAVERS!!! I turned on my laptop this morning at 9am and it would not boot up. I called them and the gentleman told me to bring it over. I explained that I had a presentation that I needed it for at 5pm. They had it done by 1pm. I dont know if this is the standard, but I was so grateful for them. The manager was a little gruff but he was very honest. The other guys were very personable and helpful. The shop is set up a little awkwardly but that is really the only down side to my experience. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are great! Fast, and very polite. They fixed my Computer on the spot in like 3 minutes and didnt even charge me!
