Its so hard to find someone to do computer repair that you trust. West Orlando Custom Build (WOCB) has proven themselves to be that business! Our family computer died and two days later, I won $100 computer repair from WOCB in a contest on the radio. They very quickly troubleshot the computer and found that the hard drive had died. They replaced the drive, installed the operating system the same day and, even though the final cost of the repairs exceeded the prize, made a holiday gift of the excess cost! They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and Ill go back to them again with my next computer problem.

If you want the best ... then go to West Orlando Custom Build in Ocoee, Florida. Jeff Welch transferred my entire computer system from Windows XP to Windows 7. And I couldnt have wished for a better job. The service I received was absolutely superb. I am a veteran journalist who worked for 35 years at one of the most successful news operations in the country. I know a good work ethic when I see it. West Orlando Custom Build was a tremendous help, and I deeply regret not going to them in the first place when my laptop crashed. They not only helped identify the underlying issue with my computer, they provided a detailed explanation of what their diagnostics uncovered to support me when I went back to the first (very unprofessional) computer repair shop to request a refund. Everyone I encountered was incredibly polite, responsive, and professional, and I would definitely use them again.

Jeff and his guys do absolutely amazing computer repair work. Ive had my All-in-One PC for over 2 years and it still runs like how I bought it from them. Bit pricey but well worth it unless you want to buy a computer that is factory made and has a very limited life time with no one to rely on besides manufacturer or BestBuy Geek Squad to repair it within a year.

WOCB is a great local repair facility. They get the replacement parts quickly and make the repair process hassle free. The staff is super friendly, personable and give the one on one attention unlike the local Best Buy. I definitely recommend this company!
